Located between Sturgeon Bay and Egg Harbor the waterfront property on Bay Shore drive offers easy access to all the activities in Door County while enjoying all the comforts and beauty of a waterfront property.

With our son we built this property in 2024 to provide others the ability to enjoy all that Door County has to offer while staying on the shores of Green Bay in a waterfront park like setting.
