Sehr schönes, äußerst großzügiges Haus. Zum Teil saniert, hohe Decken. Riesen Wohnzimmer, geräumige Küche, mehrere Terrassen und Balkone. Ausstattung sehr gut (mehrere Bäder, Außenküche, Pool, Tischtennisplatte, gemauerten Grill, mehrere Parkplätze, Klimaanlage usw.).
