Stay in the heart of Downtown! You have the ability to walk to all Downtown GR has to offer. Whether you are a seasoned business traveler or family visiting to experience Grand Rapids, our space can be accommodating to all!

Enjoy a unique loft setting with in-unit washer & dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. We also take sanitation & cleanliness serious. Our unit has HEPA filters in place and we sanitize high touch points on each stay.

PAID parking is available next door for a nightly rate.
The space
You are DOWNTOWN, which means you will have lively downtown sounds such as music from nearby bars and hear people on the streets occasionally.
Guest access
The city recently introduced a scooter share through Lime. These are a great way to get around quickly with designated drop-off points.

PAID parking is available directly next door to the building for a nightly rate of $35.

You can also find street parking fairly easily. The City of Grand Rapids enforces parking meters Monday through Friday, 8am-6pm. Unless marked otherwise, the meters are free after 6pm and also free on weekends.

If you have time, we suggest you find street parking if staying over the weekend. For convenience , you can pay to park in the lot next door.

Absolutely no negative comments. Our stay was Fri-Sat. The pub downstairs and alley next door created no noise issue for us. The slight hum of the HEPA air purifier in the bedroom may have helped. Despite its small footprint, the unit was spacious and well-appointed. Exactly as described. Also felt very private, as we saw no one else in elevator or stairwells. Definitely would book again, as rental was enjoyable and area was fun to explore.

downtown, near everything, convenient. host was accessible, clear and friendly. place was clean and comfortable. great instructions on how to find the entrance, which is down an alley but secure.

Cute, great location but beware the alley noise

This unit couldn't be closer to all the coolest places in downtown Grand Rapids and was super comfy BUT between midnight and 3AM it was impossible to sleep. Every night at least 4 groups of people got into huge fights in the alley outside of our window, bars were closing and garbage being tossed into dumpsters, breaking bottles and cars drag racing through the downtown. Maybe it was crazy due to artprize. If you are under 35 none of this may matter to you. We are in our 60's and it was BRUTAL.

Perfect for a 1 night getaway

We booked Bryce’s condo for a wedding we were attending. The location was perfect as it was 5 minutes from the wedding venue. Parking garage directly next door eliminated the stress of parking in GR. So many great restaurants, shops, and sites within walking distance. There’s a big crowd that gathers at night due to Flanagan but the noise level wasn’t an issue at all. Definitely a little gem in the heart of it all.

Wonderful Place

The place was clean, well furnished, and felt cozy! Parking was right next door, and pretty much anything we wanted to do or eat was within walking distance.
