Our 80 square meter apartment with balcony is decorated in a modern style. This apartment is spread over 2 floors and convinces with its tasteful and very good equipment.

From almost every room you have a direct view of the beautiful Möhnesee.

This loft was absolutely wonderful! Beautiful views, so much space, everything clean and updated, plus lots of thoughtful items like tourist pamphlets, candies on pillows, toiletries, etc. And such lovely communication and kindness from the owner. 10/10

A room with a view

The apartment was as advertised; excellent views of the lake; easy access to many trails and close to restaurants and an ice cream shop! The bus stop is also close by which provides easy access to shopping in Soest. Very much enjoyed our stay; just need to be able to climb stairs as the unit we stayed in was on the second floor and one bedroom was up another flight of stairs. For us the views were worth the stairs!!

Dichtung Balkontür defekt, durch nahezu alle Fensterdichtungen pfeift der Wind.Schlauch zum Duschkopf defektSchimmel an der Decke der Dusche.Fairerweise ist festzuhalten, dass der Vermieter in der Zeit vom 29.12. bis 01.01. keine Zeit gehabt hätte, die Mängel zu beheben. Alles hätte jedoch bei Reinigung bzw. Abnahme/Übernahme vom Vormieter erkannt werden müssen!Töpfe, Pfannen, Bestecke brauchbar, aber abgenutzt. Gleiches gilt für das arg durchgesessene Sofa.TV ohne Manual schwer nutzbar, Hinweis, dass Waschmaschinen im Keller stehen, fehlt!Hinweis, dass die Badewanne im Obergeschoss durch die Deckenschräge nur für Personen bis 80 cm Länge nutzbar ist, fehlt!Hinweis, dass nur ein reguläres Schlafzimmer vorhanden ist, fehlt: im OG befindet sich kein Schlafzimmer, sondern ein Doppelbett auf einer nach unten offenen Galerie. Gerade auch dadurch, dass die Tür zur Küche fehlt, ziehen sämtliche Geräusche aus dem UG und Gerüche von der Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten nach oben. Fazit: für diese Unterkunft ist der aufgerufene Preis nicht angemessen und wird sicher von uns nicht noch einmal gebucht!

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön, allerdings für die Famlie im oberen Stockwerk etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ( Badewanne im oberen Bad nicht für normalgroße Erwachsene geeignet - sollte man eventuell in der Beschreibung erwähnen; Rollo am Dachfenster defekt, so dass man das Licht einschalten musste, um ausreichende Beleuchtung zu haben.

Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, leider sind ein paar Möbel etwas alt und stark gebraucht. Die Lage direkt an der Strasse ist etwas ungünstig. Ansonsten ist das Haus zu empfehlen.

Elegantes Appartement in guter Lage

Das Appartement ist super ausgestattet, sehr geschmackvoll mit liebevollen Details eingerichtet und hat eine wunderschöne Lage mit Blick auf den See. Einziger Negativpunkt, der nächste Bäcker zum Brötchenholen ist im Nachbarort.

Beautiful Location

The apartment was very comfortable and clean and the view from the balcony was beautiful. For us the location was perfect as we were looking for relatives in the area where my grandfather immigrated from and we found three families we visited. Also the lake side apartment is only about 6 kilometers from the historic town of Soest which we visited twice. It is a great location to explore history going back over 500 years in other communities like Lipstadt and Buren in addition to Soest. We also found a delightful German Hotel that featured a German Food Breakfast Buffet which was delicious. Highly recommend staying here.
