Attractive 2-room apartment with a 35 sqm terrace in the immediate vicinity of the beach. The family-friendly holiday apartment with 1 bedroom, 1 living room/bedroom, small separate kitchen and bathroom is located in a building with a total of 6 apartments. It is located on the ground floor and has a spacious terrace of approx. 16 sqm covered and closed on two sides and of course furnished - an ideal place to end the day with a glass of wine after long days on the beach. The living/bedroom is furnished with two single beds which can also be used as a corner couch with many back cushions or with only 1 single bed and the rest as a couch. Optionally, the two single beds can be positioned next to each other to form a double bed - especially in midsummer when the terrace becomes a living room.
