On the ground floor is a large living and dining room, which was renovated in 2015 and refurbished.
Exit to terrace and garden in west orientation.
The kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and other electrical appliances.
Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine.

Upstairs are 2 bedrooms (1x with double bed, 1x with 2 single beds), undeliverable travel cot,
separate toilet.

All windows have shutters.

Parking space directly at the house, storage room for bicycles etc.
Absolutely quiet location,
about 1 km to the beach, shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity.

Bad und Gäste-WC sind sehr eng und dürften noch aus den Siebziger Jahren sein. Den Rolladen in der Küche haben wir vorsichtshalber nicht angetastet um einen Schaden zu vermeiden. Sehr guter Service vom BPS-Team! Informationen per E-Mail in der Urlaubszeit sollten auf telefonischen Kontakt umgestellt werden, dann hätten wir auch die Wäsche zusammengelegt und im Bad deponiert. Wir buchen gerne wieder über Sie. VG Meraluna und Herbert Wagner

Leider ein sehr verwohntes Objekt

Das Haus machte im Vergleich zu den Nachbarhäusern einen sehr heruntergekommenen Eindruck. Man sieht sofort die abblätternde Farbe des Kellerabgangs. Nicht ein Blümchen lockert die triste Ansicht. Im Garten das gleiche Bild, zusätzlich ausgeblichene Plastikmöbel.Das Haus roch nach Hund. Das Bad ist in einem schlechten Zustand. Abgeplatzte Duschwanne und Waschbecken, Schiebetüre der Dusche defekt. Gurtband des Badrollos defekt. Boden in der 1. Etage wellig, einfach PVC rübergelegt. Schere des Kinderzimmerfenster defekt. Kein Internetanschluss vorhanden! Es war nicht schön in diesem Objekt den Jahresurlaub zu verbringen, absolut nicht zu empfehlen!

Abgewohntes Ferienhaus

Ferienhaus ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, da hilft auch ein vor 5 Jahren renoviertes Wohnzimmer nicht. Holzfenster marode, konnte man teilweise nicht schließen und öffnen, Farbe blättert ab, waren undicht und es zog überall. Duschabtrennung fiel auseinander. Fenster wurden schon länger nicht mehr geputzt. Für 4 Erwachsene ist das Haus nicht geeignet.

Sehr freundliches und gut bestücktes Haus. Ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Falls es mal regnen sollte, gibt es genug Bücher und Spiele um diese Zeit zu überbrücken. Wir können das Haus nur weiter empfehlen. Wir würden wiederkommen.
