Apartment 4 sits at the rear of 2118 Oakdale Street, behind the doctor's office that faces the street. You are not walking into a clinic. Follow the drive to the residential building in back and you will find a quiet unit on a tree-lined block in Riverside Terrace / Museum Park.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal, plus a dishwasher, ice and water dispenser, washer, and dryer. A one-car carport is included.

Lovely remodel

I stayed for over 20 days while a family member was in the hospital. The apartment clearly was recently remodeled, with new appliances. Having a washer and dryer in the apartment was extremely convenient. I felt safe inside the apartment, and having a garage is a bonus. Having the owner’s business located in front of apartment was convenient for any questions. It is very close to museums, park, and golf. Things to know before arrival - A large vehicle can be a challenge for this location. The garage is accessed via a narrow alley. I also suggest initial arrival before dark for ease of accessing apartment and garage. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay.
