Boaters rejoice – a deep-water, private dock makes enjoying the water views a breeze! This one-level, canal-front home offers direct access to Charlotte Harbor/Peace River, as well as a convenient location for land-based activities like the many nearby beaches and Fishermen's Village in Punta Gorda. Outside, you’ll find a sparkling, waterfront pool and spacious covered lanai, perfect for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails.
Inside, you’ll enjoy an open floor plan and water views from the family room, kitchen, dining room and living room. Pocket sliders lead to the pool area and dock, making for true indoor/outdoor living. The chef will love the well-equipped kitchen, which features solid-surface countertops and custom-wood cabinetry, and there’s room for the whole gang to dine together at the large dining room table, breakfast bar, or outside on the lanai. The two living areas mean plenty of room to spread out at the end of the day, and the central AC will keep everyone comfortable and cool. Or, relax back out on the lanai while you post the day’s pics to social media via the free in-home WiFi - sunsets are not to be missed from your dock. At the end of the day, three comfortable bedrooms await.

The dock is solely for enjoying views. Two boat water access points lie within a mile of this home.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Dock details: The canal leads directly to the harbor/gulf. Guests can use the dock to stand, sit, or fish. Due to multiple factors beyond Vacasa's control, we do not guarantee a safe docking of any water craft.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
