The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
When leaving please place used towels in the garage laundry area. Also, place trash out at the curb
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
City Noise Ordinance: 9p.m. - 7a.m. Children under the age of 5 must be in the pool/lanai with an adult at all times. No diving in the pool.
No pets in the pool. No pets on the furniture. Please pick up dog poo with doggie bags provided in lanai.
Please take the trash to the curb on Wednesday - trash pick up is on Thursday morning.

The house was perfectly located next to family in the area. The home was clean and the pool was a big bonus for us. The owners were always available and even helped us locate our daughter’s headphones after she accidentally left them behind. Excellent spot for our family.

This home was a great find. The hosts attended to every detail and made everything extremely easy. This home was recently renovated, and the attention to detail was amazing. Decorated tastefully and there was no detail left unattended.

Perfect!

This was our break away from the city and it was exactly what we needed. The neighborhood is so quiet with minimal traffic and hardly any noise from neighbors! The pool and private fenced backyard gave us everything we needed. The house is really nicely decorated and has just what you need to make the stay comfortable and easy!

The decor & amenities created a perfect getaway. The pool was great & privacy fence allowed for a spa-like atmosphere. Proximity to restaurants was also a plus!
