Welcome to our NEWLY RENOVATED (SUPER CLEAN!!) 3 bedroom / 2-bathroom vacation home, centrally located in a private/safe gated community, 10 minutes from Disney Parks and other major attractions, such as malls, musical entertainment, and great dining! with 2 King and 2 full beds, comfortably accommodating 8 guests.
Guests have access to free parking, fitness center, kids' playroom, pool and hot tub.
PERFECT FOR THE ENTIRE FAMILY!!

With palm trees along the walkway creating an inviting atmosphere, and a feeling of calm the minute you open the door, our Space is thoughtfully decorated for your comfort and convenience.
With smart TVs in each bedroom and in the living room, guests can choose what and how they watch their favorite movies; whether together or in separate rooms.
Additionally, our unit comes with a Google Nest system, to allow you to check the time, find out where the best restaurants are, the weather for the day, catch up on the news, or immerse into some beautiful musical interludes, all by saying "Hey Google..."

We understand that you're likely to visit the parks or just out and about having fun, and in need of a good night's rest. Our sleeping comfort is unmatched!!!

The Green Room
Designed for absolute comfort and ambiance, the green room boasts a king size bed, ensuite bathroom, blackout blinds, appropriate lighting, and curtains; to set the mood for relaxation and rests.

The Blue Room
Also boasts a king size bed, but also has a sofa, and is beautifully designed for adults and young adults alike.
Here you can sit (in the sofa) and relax, or take the deepest journey in sleep, that lets you feel fully recharged when you awake; Just breathtaking!!

The Red Room
With 2 full beds, with equal comfort,
The Red Room is designed for young adults and children, and is on the 2nd floor, with a view to the front of the house, and palm trees. With two super comfy full beds, everyone gets to sleep to their hearts delight.

This was a wonderful property with awesome amenities for young children. We were close to Disney but in a really quiet neighborhood. Great experience. Will be using this property again!

Great property very clean and super comfortable

The house was great. It was a bit confusing to find the house since it was on the opposite side of the road, but once we figured it out we were not disappointed. The rooms were very large and the beds were extremely comfortable. There is a room in the 1st floor and the other two were on the 2nd floor. It was close to the theme parks which made it very convenient. Sheryl was very responsive and answered all my questions really fast. Highly recommend this property.

Place as described. Clean. Comfortable beds. Quiet. Good location. Quick responses from owner. Requested early check-in @ 3:00 but cleaning crew showed up shortly after we arrived. Waited until they were done before enter condo. Short drive to Disney Springs for the evening. Overnight stay for family cruise Cape Canaveral departure. Would recommend - would stay again.

Comfortable and clean townhouse

This town house was very clean and welcoming. Working with Sheryl regarding a small problem she was quick to response and correct problem The only thing I would change is a new TV on living room, the pixels on TV are starting to go but we won’t home that often to worry about it. Also could use updating on the pots and pans. Again we didn’t use they that often

wonderful stay

Enjoyed our week stay in a unit that was clean, beds that were comfortable, and that had plenty of space for 7 people. The kids enjoyed the pool and playground. It was a very nice vacation; I only wish we actually spent more time relaxing and utilizing all the amenities that were offered with our wonderful stay!

"Stores and markets not so far in any direction! Rico café on south John Young and Patrick, best Latin restaurant, with the best quesitos in the area! Los Primos, best Latin restaurant on 192, with the greatest frituras!"
