Located just a mile and a half from the Walt Disney World Resort, Enjoy all the amenities of home while being just minutes from all of the attractions that Orlando has to offer from The Walt Disney World Resort featuring the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, and the Animal Kingdom, to Universal Studios and the World of Harry Potter & the amazing animal life of Sea World, this charming, 3 bedroom, 2 bath condominium. The owner has worked for Marriott for 20 years and features Marriott quality in a vacation home.

Bedrooms are set up and features two large Master Bedrooms (one king and one Queen) with TV and bath. The third bedroom is has a charming Disney theme for the kids who are all geared up and ready for Disney World. The rooms has two bunk beds. Living area has a double sleeper sofa that allow the unit in total to sleep 8 comfortably.

Located just minutes from Walt Disney World you get to enjoy the parks, while having space to spread out and enjoy all the amenities that Florida has to offer including Universal Studios, and Sea World.

Great Condo.

Had another wonderful stay. Love to visit Windsor Hills and stay in this unit. The location is perfect. The owner is quick to respond to questions. It is a very nicely maintained property stocked with articles for the kids and adults. We hope to stay again!

Resort Life

The property was as described by Eric. We had a few minor issues but were easily rectified. The resort was excellent, the heated resort pool is huge and heated to 84F. Access at the gate house when we arrived and during our stay were excellent. The location to Disney, Walmart and shops and restaurants was excellent as well.

Great Holiday

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Comfortable furniture, clean, excellent communication with owner. Close proximity to Disney. Great pool with water playground for children. Windsor Hills was really a great community to stay in. The pool was warm and not as crowded as I would have imagined. The unit we stayed in was a good size for our family, but it was very run down and not as clean as we would have hoped. There was broken glass on the king sized bed from a broken light bulb over the bed. The king sized bed was very unstable and sinking quite a bit in the middle. The couch had many holes along the seams. There were many chips in the paint and stains on the walls which contributed to the rundown feel. The utensils and mugs in the kitchen had so much food stuck on them that we had to run them all through the dishwasher before using them. It was sufficient for our purposes, but not to the quality we expected. Would stay in Windsor Hills again, but not in this unit.

Affordable-nice pool

Our family really enjoyed the condo. It was exactly like it was described. The Pool and club house area was great. Especially the water slides. The condo had plenty of towels and linens, but it didn’t have any wash cloths at all. It stayed kind of warm in the unit maybe needed coolant added. Beds a little worn, but not to bad. Overall, we had a great stay and would stay again for the price. Great location for Disney parks.

Overall the property was very clean and was as listed. The thermostat is locked and can’t be set below 72. There were fans in the closet, which definitely helped, but if you prefer a lower temperature this is something to make note of. Some of the furniture is older and could be upgraded. Very close to Disney. Overall we enjoyed our stay !

4th floor condo

This fourth floor condo was comfortable and quiet as it is on the backside of the building so you could not hear any traffic noise. Communication with the owner was excellent. There was a very minor issue and it was resolved very quickly. Check in was easy and painless. If you like exercise you can climb the stairs or you can take the elevator. Scott

Enjoyable Orlando area vacation

My family of 4 (15 & 12 y.o. boys) enjoyed our stay at Windsor Hills. Setting up the reservation, instructions on how to enter/checkout the community/condo were a breeze. The condo is very nice, extremely quiet, and suited our needs. The boys enjoyed the xbox360, I enjoyed the screened in porch. We did a few days at Universal and a few days lounging at the Windsor Hills excellent pool area. Minor gripes were needing to buy salt and pepper (which might be normal for renting any condo like this) along with our regular grocery needs for the week, and needing to restock the toilet paper. Otherwise it was perfect. After reviewing many of the condos, different amenities of other "communities" in the area, we chose this one, it was an excellent choice and when we return to the Orlando area I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Eric was a great host and always answered questions quickly through the whole renting process. Thanks Eric!

Owner needs to have better cleaners

First impressions were that the property wasn't maintained. There were light bulbs out in almost every room. The runner carpet was so worn there were holes in it. The bath mats were stained and filthy, as was the mat in the kitchen. The light over the dinning room table was coated with dust, more than a years worth. The outside patio had a very dead plant on it. One of the towels they left out was stained. Overall a very disturbing impression. We contacted the owner to let him know of these problems, but after a few emails, nothing was done. There are many other places to stay here. Don't choose this one.

The unit was hot, the temp could not go below 74, if you are used to being cool dont book this unit. The Master bed was uncomfortable and worn down, I did not try out the other beds though

Enjoyable Stay

We really enjoyed ourselves! The property is very roomy and proximity to the pool and gym was great as well as ease of getting to the big parks. My only complaint was the preset thermostat. The temperature in the apartment varied greatly from day to day. One day it remained at 72 all day and the women were freezing. Another day it was 76 which was too warm and humid. A constant setting of 74 would be ideal!

Belle propriété très bien située

La propriété est très bien équipée et exactement comme décrite par le propriétaire. L'emplacement est parfait, à quelques pas du clubhouse et de la piscine. Pour info, le Windosr est à quelques minutes de voiture de Disney World et à 30 minutes (avec la circulation sur la 4) de Universal. Nous avons fait les deux, et nous avons trouvé l'emplacement parfait.

Suggestions: we would have appreciated a couple of rolls of toilet paper and a little container of dish soap as extra main essentials to make stay easier for the week. Toilet paper there was enough for one night, we were there 1 week.

Why they chose this property

I chose this property as this is the preferred destination of my family when we vacation. I found that it was enjoyable to have the space to spread out rather then be in a hotel room for a week or perhaps more at a time. It also allows you to come and go easily from the parks at any time and be only minutes away

What makes this property unique

Location! Located only 1.5 miles form Walt Disney World, it allow easy access in and out. We can arrive at the parks in the morning, leave for lunch if we choose so and return in the afternoon, wasting no more than 5 - 10 minutes each way.
