This property was a beautiful, comfortable place to stay. The balcony is private from the view of other guests. The walk to the beach was just right. The sunrises were spectacular. It was very quiet, especially in the evenings. This condo has minimal expectations of the guest as far as clean up of dishes, laundry, etc. of any condo I’ve stayed in. The bonus: the ice maker was full of ice upon our arrival! Thank you for a wonderful place to stay and enjoy while in Amelia!

Perfect location, great amenities, gorgeous view...and having two rooms with king beds and own bath rooms was a huge plus; hard to find! We will stay here again.

This oceanfront condo was spacious with plenty of seating for dining, watching TV and on the balcony. The closet full of beach gear, toys, towels etc is super thoughtful along with the luggage racks! The beach decor is nice, the condo was clean, the beds were comfortable and it is a very short walk to the sand. The door lock with code was a bit temperamental requiring a couple of attemps. The elavator is very small so dont bother with the luggage trolley. Be sure to bring your own sun umbrella (the ones that attach to chairs) and wide brim hats to the pool area as there are no umbrellas and there is no kiddie pool.

We had such a wonderful stay at Awaken to waves. The condo was everything we were looking for. The condo is clean, beautifully decorated and quiet. The view of the ocean is amazing. We will definitely stay here again.
