That said, we’re very sorry the property did not feel fully prepared for your arrival. The showerheads pulling away from the walls, loose toilet seats, lack of warm water in the upstairs bathroom, missing pillows and pillowcases, missing toilet paper, lack of spare trash bags, and displaced hot tub headrests are all items that should have been caught before check-in. We appreciate that you documented these concerns and shared them with our property management team during your stay. Your feedback will be reviewed with our maintenance, housekeeping, and management teams so these items can be addressed and our between-stay inspection process can be improved. The Beach House is in a wonderful setting, and we regret that these maintenance and preparation issues took away from your experience. Thank you again for bringing them to our attention.
