STAY RIGHT ON THE BEACH! and take in the VIEW at our oceanfront condo on Surfside Beach "The Family Beach". You and your family can sit and relax, or stroll along the beach, on the soft sand, collecting shells.
* This spacious, two-bedroom, unit sleeps six people comfortably. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, dresser, T.V., and a large closet to store your belongings. A full private bathroom with a washer and dryer is connected to the master bedroom. The second bedroom has a set of bunk beds with a twin on the top and a full on the bottom, a television, dresser, and full closet. For extra sleeping a queen blowup mattress is available. A second full bathroom is in the hallway.
* The main living area is an open concept with a fully equipped kitchen, counter & bar stools, along with a small table and chairs. The living area provides a comfortable setting for everyone to gather. There is a couch, two chairs, a television and a gas fireplace, room enough for everyone to enjoy. From the living area you walk out the slider doors onto a private deck, with seating, and look at the beach and water as far as the eye can see.
* Another great feature is all bed linens and bathroom towels are included along with 2 beach chairs, and an umbrella. Beach towels are not included.
* If you want a change we have a built-in swimming pool that is open from April- September to cool off in.
* This unit is on the third floor which makes the view even more breathtaking, however, there is not an elevator.
* One assigned parking space is provided with additional guest spots if needed.
* If you are looking for things to do you need to go to Murrels Inlet. It is approximately a 7 minute car ride (or Uber) and it has everything from amazing restaurants, boat rides, music, fishing trips, shopping, fun activities for the kids, great nightlife, and a VIEW!
* If you want to stay local you can walk down the street to a variety of restaurants, bars, icecream & the NEW PIER!!
What is there not to love about our place on Surfside Beach. Come and enjoy your vacation on the best "Family Beach".

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Put all towels and sheets on the bathroom floor. Wash off and beach items and put them on the back deck. Log out of any apps you installed. Empty fridge, cabinets etc. Take all trash to dumpster.
Put AC on 74 degrees. Check that you have all of your belongings.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

A Great Family Get-a-Way

A perfect place for our little family get-a-way. The view was AMAZING! The best part is knowing that your hosts are genuinely good people who truly care that you have a great experience and will go the extra mile to make sure you do. We will definitely stay again if we make it back to Surfside. Thanks to our hosts for taking good care of us. It meant a lot to us.

Winter at the beach

Location!

Relaxing spring break

Cute condo right on the beach! Amazing views when relaxing on the patio. Close to the piers and great restaurants. Got my workout in on those stairs but didn’t mind it at all.

Would stay here again!

The property owner was very quick to respond before and during the trip. The whole process was smooth. Very accommodating complex and room right on the beach. It was a very quiet complex as well. It will be hard not to stay here again if we visit Surfside. Highly recommend.

Great Vacation

We had a great week at Surfside. This listing was just as pictured/described and the host was very responsive. The view/location is what sold us on this listing and it couldn't have been better. The beach wasn't overly busy and the pool was a great option for our kids, too. There was also a lifeguard stationed right next to this condo, which was an added bonus.

Great family vacation

Property was clean and had all the amenities we needed. We were happy to have beach chairs to use as well. Beautiful view of the ocean each morning on the deck while i had my coffee!

We loved the comfy feel and oceanfront view. They've included little comforts that make a big difference in the stay. 3rd floor unit requires stair climb that is well worth it! This is a cute little community. Good location

Spectacular views

Very nice unit, third floor walk up was rough, but we certainly got our steps in. The property was as described, host responsive to messages, views and access to the beach were great. Would definitely recommend.

Great Getaway

Property is conveniently located and small enough to not be overly crowded on the beach. We had plenty of space for our family of four. Nicely appointed with plenty of kitchen utensils and cookware for a short stay. Beds were comfortable and parking was close to stairs. Third floor makes for lots of stairs but the view is worth the climb. We enjoyed our stay!

Great view, hassle free family beach trip

Our family of four had a great time! The view was perfect, and you couldn't beat the short walk to the beach. You get your steps in on the stairs, but they're not too bad. The pool was clean and not busy. Sitting on the balcony in the mornings and evenings was the best part. Never had to communicate with the owners because we had no issues. Reasonably clean -- there was a pan in the cabinet that was dirty (clearly someone didn't soak the pan after scrambled eggs) and the dryer needs a good vacuum of lint but it was all very minor.

Great location

The condo is in a great location and the beach wasn’t crowded. Overall, the condo was as listed. The floors could have been cleaner. We were provided with 6 towels and 4 wash clothes with one being very thin. These had to be laundered several times a day. I’m used to haven’t more, so I didn’t think to bring some of my own. We had a great time and would recommend.

Repeat visit

My husband and I stayed at this condo in the fall of 2021 and loved the location and proximity to restaurants and shopping so decided to stay again. On this visit, the condo was under new ownership and Dana and Drew were a pleasure to work with. The communication was great and they were quick to respond to questions/needs. The only "issue" we had during the stay was with the king bed which we didn't find to be comfortable. Luckily, though, there were bunkbeds in the second bedroom which we slept on after our first night. The ocean view from the balcony and access to the beach was perfect. The condo had good space, was nicely decorated and the sound of the waves was very soothing. We also really liked having access to a covered parking spot which was much appreciated with the July heat and humidity.
