Welcome to my ad, our minimalist and modern terraced house offers all what a family wants for a Hamburg vacation. The floors in antique Canadian pine in the living and dining room create feel-good atmosphere. A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor with the two bedrooms. Which both adjoin the bathroom. The anthracite / cream held bath in the 1st OG has next to a tub and a floor level shower. On the ground floor are behind the entrance hall with hall and guest toilet. A modern cream white kitchen which is equipped with induction hob and a dishwasher. The kitchen adjoins directly to the light-flooded living and dining room. On the glass front, the equipped with seating and gas barbecue 12qm large terrace and the approximately 50 square meters of lawn can be entered.

Schönes Haus mit Ausbau Potential

Ein schönes Häuschen, leider etwas lieblos eingerichtet, zB kaum Bilder an der Wand/Deko im Wohnzimmer. Das Geschirr war nicht sehr sauber und die Schlafräume heizen sich sehr schnell auf. Die Umgebung ist sehr grün mit viel Wasser und schönen Spielplätzen, auch die Anbindung mit der S-Bahn ans Zentrum ist sehr gut. Schöne Gegend für Fahrradtouren.

Lieber Gast, es tut uns Leid, dass sie mit der Sauberkeit des Geschirrs nicht zufrieden waren. Das Geschirr wird nach jeden Aufenthalt von mir kontrolliert und auch nachgereinigt, falls noch Flecken dran sind. Auch die Geschirrspülmaschine wird nach jeden Aufenthalt inkl. Sieb und Düsen von mir gereinigt. In den letzten Jahren hat sich noch nie ein Gast bezüglich Sauberkeit des Geschirrs beschwert. Ich werde jedoch versuchen noch mehr auf die Sauberkeit des Geschirrs zu achten und danke für ihre Kritik. Zur Einrichtung des Hauses kann ich nur sagen, dass dieses Geschmackssache ist. Anhand der Inseratebilder wussten sie ja wie das Haus eingerichtet ist inkl. Bilder. Wir nehmen ihre Kritik dankend an und werden versuchen uns zum positiven zu verbessern. Sie und ihre Familie sind jederzeit wieder Willkommen. Beste Grüße Familie Wiese

Wunderschöne Lage und eine Top Vermieterin

Es lief alles super und unkompliziert. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist super, man ist schnell auf der Autobahn, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ausreichend vorhanden. Eine schöne grüne und ruhige Umgebung. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Schönes Haus in toller Lage!

Gute Verkehrsanbindung Auto und S-Bahn. Nette und unkomplizierte Vermieterin. Leider kleine Abzüge, weil es keine Nachttischlampen und keine Kaffeemaschine gab. Zudem waren die Beschichtungen der Pfannen zum Teil stark beschädigt, was gesundheitsgefährdend ist. Dafür aber einen Pluspunkt für den Toaster! (Die Matratzen waren meinen Mitreisenden zu weich.)

Great for family holiday

Wonderful property in a great location. Has everything required for a family of 5 making it a very comfortable holiday in Hamburg. Very close to Bergedorf and grocery stores all nearby. Great communication with owner - went out of their way to make their home have a special Christmas feel and to accommodate my family and I who had just flown in from Australia. Everything was much appreciated - thank you Vanessa.

Tolle Unterkunft in einem tollen Ort

Besonders für Familien sehr geeignet, egal bei welchen Wetter hier wird es nicht langweilig. Sportplatz mit kleinem Spielplatz gegenüber, Indoor Spielplatz nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. Andere Spielplätze nicht weit entfernt. Gute Verkehrsanbindung ob über die Autobahn, per S-Bahn oder Bus. Wir haben uns sehr Wohlgefühlt und würden wieder kommen.
