This two-story, hacienda-style, luxury villa is both spacious and inclusive; from the moment you step foot in the house, you feel like royalty. As you walk through the immense double-door entryway, you are greeted by an exquisite courtyard with a central fountain surrounded by meticulous brickwork and old-world details. As you make your way to the living room, you will be welcomed by sweeping ocean views. Along with the villa’s 10 bedrooms, there is a separate, full apartment that has its own entrance and kitchen. The formal dining room, main kitchen, and outdoor BBQ area flow together, making meal service and entertaining effortless.



The massive outdoor terrace includes a custom-built 16-person hot tub that was created to accommodate large gatherings. A beautiful pool lies just outside the living room, making it effortless to go from indoor living to outdoor activities. Casa Brooks outdoor area also boasts a large fire pit with seating for at least 16 people.

There is a no-smoking policy in place at Casa Brooks (indoor and outdoor). A $500 USD penalty can be added.

No pets allowed.

All groups must have a member of 30 years of age as a signing renter.

An additional $150 per person, per night will be charged for groups over 18 guests. Max occupancy is 22 guests.
