The property was intended as a very part-time summer retreat/wellness /art center. Plans were shelved because of Covid. Lots of thought went into creating a sanctuary where worldly troubles melt away, raising vibrations and supporting wellness in mind, body and soul. A few friends stayed there before and all say they miss it because of how it made them feel--very happy and at peace.

Why they chose this property

Lake water is soothing to look at and provides water sport exercise in a serene environment. Historic area. Great hiking nearby. Art galleries. Restaurants. Quaint shops. Concerts. Plays. Something for everyone.

What makes this property unique

Makes you smile everywhere you turn. And since smiling improves immunity, what could be better?
