After parasailing, boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, or surfing, this condo will welcome you with all its comforts and conveniences. While on the property, take some time to lounge about the pool, relax in the hot tub, and play some games on the tennis court.

The interior is bright, refreshing, and airy. Enjoy hosting a movie night on the comfortable furniture that surrounds the fireplace and TV. The open-floor concept allows the living area, dining area, and kitchen to be adjacent, so there's no missing out on a great conversation. The group's chef will love preparing meals and on-the-go snacks in the full kitchen, complete with all the cupboard space you'll ever need. Indulge in watching the sunset over the ocean from the balcony, where you can enjoy a glass of wine and great company. Get some shut-eye in one of the pristine bedrooms with soft beds, smart TVs, and luxurious en suite bathrooms filled with marble. There is one assigned parking spot in the complex underground parking garage. Guest parking may be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
