The Space
My open floor plan 2 bedroom/ 2 bath is ideal for a vacation getaway. Brand new floors, crown molding, paint, and kitchen! This was my primary residence so I do my best to maintain it with care.

Master Bedroom has a Cal King pillowtop mattress. Master bathroom is a shower and tub. Guest Bedroom has a pillow top Queen bed. Guest bathroom has a stand up shower. All rooms have a TV, Wifi.

The living room, kitchen and bathrooms are newly updated. In unit laundry is so convenient! You're in for easy parking and less than 10 minute walk to the beach. You'll be spending the bulk of your time outside but I've supplied premium mattresses, couches, and linens for your stay. I'm trying to be as accurate as possible in my description.

Guest access
You'll have the entire unit to yourself! The unit is in a gated community inside a code protected building. You can walk downhill to the beach in 10 minutes!

There is a walk way and lookout/ view that oversees the entire peninsula & Newport Harbor!
