1 parking spot designated for guest use in subterranean parking garage.
Street parking is also available in the complex on a first-come first-served basis. Guest will be provided with one parking pass to allow parking on the complexes street parking stalls.

RECREATIONAL GEAR:
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: bikes, child seats, trailers, body boards, surfboards, large ice chests, wagons; plus Pack n Play portable cribs, and portable high chairs, jogger stroller; twin rollaway beds, and much more. We are happy with our 6 weeks work stay

We are happy with our 6 weeks work stay. It was exactly what we needed to feel like home for us with a fully functioning kitchen and office desk space for my husband to do remote work. Beachview Realty was responsive to my complaints about noisy neighbors and reached out to the building manager. Other than that, everything about this 1 bedroom apartment was great!
