Welcome to Vino On Vineyard, a unique private setting off Vineyard Drive on the prime 46 West Wine Trail. Located within several Blue Ribbon wineries, this beautiful home presents a hillside setting and is nestled in between renowned Denner and Jada Vineyards.

You will enjoy an unforgettable vacation experience in this expansive property and 3,200+ sq ft home boasting four bedrooms and four bathrooms! The open floor plan allows guests to interact and share the gourmet kitchen. The kitchen is complete with a double oven and a six-burner Dacor Cooktop, granite countertops, an oversized island, and additional counter seating. Enjoy your meals at the farmhouse table with seating for eight or outside on the covered patio. Appliances include a French-door refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, French press, blender, waffle iron, crockpot, toaster oven, and stand mixer.

Spend your downtime in the game room for some billiards or dining outside under the 500 sq ft private covered patio or taking in the views from the open 1,500 square foot patio and hot tub. The house has WiFi, central heating and air conditioning, smart TVs, and upscale appliances. This home has everything you could want for a perfect wine country getaway!

The large outdoor space (10 acres) provides multiple areas for relaxing and entertaining and beautiful Paso Robles hilltop views. Step through sliding doors that open out to the back patio with seating for eight or enjoy your time in the hot tub that sits on a 1,500 sq ft flagstone patio off the living room with views of the surrounding area. There is a firepit (wood not included) and a gas grill for BBQ.

THINGS TO KNOW
- Parties and events are strictly prohibited. There is a 10 pm City of Paso Robles quiet time ordinance that can result in fines for guests and owners.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
