Come enjoy the mountains but also have the convenience to be minutes away from the city, restaurants and mall. It’s a great place to discover the south of PR such as Juana Diaz, Ponce, Villalba, Salinas, Guanica, Lajas etc. House is located in Rio Caňas Abajo and it also has beautiful views of Coffin Island (Caja de Muerto) and tropical views. It is conveniently located 10-15 mins to PR-52 and other mayor highways. The home is beautifully decorated and very stylish. Your home away from home.

This place is very special to me and my family. This was the home for me and my family. I have so many great memories here. We enjoyed many holidays, family gatherings and just coming here to relax and enjoy the breeze, mountains, and the view of Caja de Muerto. Now, I am excited to invite you and your family to enjoy it and build your memories in Juana Diaz. It’s a great place to discover Puerto Rico. Juana Diaz is known as "The City of Maví", for the delicious and refreshing native drink that is produced and sold locally. Juana Diaz also is known as the “Three King’s City” because of its famous and traditional “Fiesta de Reyes” celebrated on Jan 6th. Many Puerto Rican’s and tourist visit yearly the “Plaza” during December through January to enjoy the Christmas decorations, musical events, food, crafts, and folklore. This tradition has been celebrated since 1884. Juana Díaz visitors have easy access to Ponce (15 mins), Villalba (13 mins), Coamo (25 mins), beaches in Cabo Rojo (1hr and 15 mins.), La Parguera (1 hr), Guanica (48 mins), San Juan (1 hr and 15 mins) and many other cities because of its easy access to highway Luis A. Ferré Highway (PR-52).

The home is in a beautiful place with beautiful mountain and sea views. You can see in the distance Caja de Muerto/ Coffin Island. You can enjoy the natural breeze at the house, but at the same time the house has A/C and fans in the bedrooms. The house is in a rural area, but 5 mins away from downtown Juana Diaz. It's also very close to highway 52 to San Juan and 10 minutes to Ponce and other cities. The house is beautifully decorated with new stylish furniture. Kitchen is totally new. The house is perfect if you want to come to the south part of the island to discover PR. At the same time, if you want to just chill out and rest, the breeze in the balcony, will make you fall asleep. House is new in VRBO but has many reviews in AIRBNB.
