Plenty of space, no hot tub on site as advertised. Hot water was tricky needed to turn on myself. Quite a bit of driving to nice swimming beaches. Overall nice place.
Quiet little town and neighborhood which was great for a relaxing vacation. The other attractions were still doable for us. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Amazing
Beautiful sunrises and our 5 year old and 20 something kids had a great time and enjoyed fishing on the beach while little man played in the shallow water
We needed a place as a base camp to visit family while also large enough to host everyone during our visit. The host accommodated a last minute request and the rental did not disappoint. This house is located right on the ocean with direct access to a small beach area with plenty of space for family to gather. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the sunrise and set while listening to the ocean. So relaxing!!! Its also is a perfect location to explore areas on the south side of the island.
This place is a hidden gem for a nice vacation away from the crowded areas but still convenient to our plans while visiting PR. The beach directly behind the property is a bit rocky, but the shore is great just a short walk away.
It worked well for our family of nine. Multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. Ample parking for multiple vehicles.

The property was ok, little outdated but for the purposes of sleeping and showering it made due. The bathrooms have good lighting in the day so don’t attempt too get ready in the evening the lighting is very poor. being in front of the ocean was nice and hearing the waves of the ocean from the kitchen made
My family and I loved staying at Villa Del Sol. It’s right on the Caribbean Sea with a small patch of beach to enjoy. There is a larger beach area within walking distance. We enjoyed watching the wind surfers from the backyard as well. The home was perfect for our large group. Everyone had their own space and plenty of space to all gather together. Being able to open the downstairs up made up for how the weather was. Between the fans and the sea breeze, it was perfect! They were quick to answer any questions that arose during our stay. We will rent here again when we return to PR!
The house was neat and clean and the host was very friendly and accommodating. Close access to everything you might need. The people in the area were super friendly and inviting. The only problem was that there weren’t enough plates and forks for my family of 8. There were some plastic ones provided though so we just made use of those. A great place to stay if you are looking for a more laid back, local stay. Just be aware that the beach here is more suitable for water sports than swimming…which was a fine change of pace for us!

Exelente vista tremendo para relajarse y pasar un buen rato. La propiedad muy cómoda la volvería a rentar
Had a fun experience! The home was spacious for our group of 7. The rooms had AC but the rest of the home didn’t so it made it uncomfortable to be home during the day/ night. There was a pretty view of the ocean each morning, a grill for BBQ’s, a kayak and a gated driveway. :) overall a good home.
Cons:
-place was organized, however, it appeared to have not been deep cleaned. Also, maybe due to humidity and the place not being opened prior to our visit, it smelled bad.
-the listing said 2 kitchens, we only found one. However, this was not a major problem.
-beach was dirty. Even though is not the host’s fault, i will list it here since you should keep in mind that you may not be able to enjoy the water/beach.
- additional to the amount charged for each night, you will also have to pay a fee per person when you exceed 4 people. I find it a little unfair. However, we complied and had a great time.
Pros:
-BEAUTIFUL setting.
-VERY spacious house.
-you will find ALL amenities that will make your stay very comfortable (e.g: grill, towels, kitchen utensils)
-multiple bathrooms with showers.
-safe neighborhood and quiet
- there are kayaks and safety devices that you can use and WILL make your time much more fun and enjoyable.
Overall, i will recommend because the setting was beautiful and very convenient for my family to be together and have a great time. Memories will be cherished forever.
We spent a few days there in mid-January. The Villa is on a nice sandy beach and the Jauca Bay is very pretty.
The first day the waters were calm and great for kayaking and swimming; the second day the winds and waves picked up and the windsurfers and kite surfers came out.
The property has most things operating and clean. We could not open the sliding glass doors that look out to the ocean on the first floor. We were only five people, but there are a lot of beds so for a large group this would be a great value. The weather was sunny and warm, and the Villa is large and comfortable with excellent air conditioning in the bedrooms. We did not use the laundry. They could use a few more kitchen items, but all-in-all, everything was good, and the property is very well located.
very peaceful corner of the island with beachfront access
Property as pictured. Beautiful and relaxing wave sounds

This location is one hour and thirty minutes from the airport It’s very unsecured and not inviting.
My family and friends rented this property for my 43rd birthday. I was literally in Puerto Rico and hadn’t heard from anyone regarding the check in process. When i finally did, i was told that it would take until 6 pm for the housekeeper to clean the property. Mind you i asked if we could check in around 2 pm two days before arrival. The housekeeper finished a little early so we definitely were excited about that. When we got to the property the GPS takes us down this dark rode with speed bumps where there are several dogs and cats laying in the rode. We get to the property and the grass in front of the house isn’t cut, the gate is heavy but the grass not being cut makes it harder to open and close. There’s trees in the back of the property that are covering the benches that you can sit on near the water. On the other side Of that are broken branches and more trees that have cluttered up the place that we could sit on the beach. We had to use the other property next door to enter the water which didn’t make it inviting. Sitting out on the balcony to see the wonderful view is quickly ruined by the flying insects that are constant. The only way to get away is to go back in the house. In the morning the view is beautiful but the sun beating down makes it very uncomfortable. There’s a cat on the property that tries to come in the house daily and never leaves thus not being able to open the downstairs sliding door or being able to sit outside downstairs. No fan in the entire house so while sitting in the kitchen or cooking it is unbearable and there were times we had to keep going in the room to get some cool air.
My overall experience was not good at all. I’m trying to keep a it’s not that bad approach with my guess but one of my guest who actually lives 2 hours away had to bring a fan from her house to make it somewhat comfortable. Not being able enjoy the view or the beach was a let down. The cat situation also made it an unpleasant stay. Not feeling secure even when looking the gate. It was just an unpleasant experience
We bought this house during our move to Puerto Rico, as a great opportunity to be close to work. After a year we were required to start working in the northern part of the island. This is where you come in. We want to share our experience and house with you so that you too can see the calm and serenity we find in the south of the island especially at our little place.
