The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If the guest is using the garage door opener, please leave it in the kitchen. Street parking is available, please do not park on the red tiles outside of the house. Pool maintenance is on Fridays.
Please throw away trash in the bins located on the side of the home. The garbage must be put out on Tuesdays and it will be collected on Wednesday.
Maintain the property clean at all times and follow all house rules on the booking platform and rules posted on the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Maintenance Cleaning of the pool routinely occurs every Friday in the evening around 5 PM and cannot be postponed.
Important Clause Gas declares primary address. Guests declares use of property is for transient reasons only.
Guests declares there is no intention to establish a landlord, tenant relationship, but an owner and guest relationship.
