We have a studio casita in beautiful northwest Peoria.Built in 2022. Comfy king size bed, dining table, kitchenette, shower and bathtub. The views from the property are stunning. Close to parks, lake pleasant, hiking trails, and mountain biking.
Less than 5 minutes from great local restaurants, grocery stores, and everything you need.

This casita has its own private entrance.

Absolutely fantastic casita. Perfect for a weekend getaway. quiet neighborhood close to hiking. Hosts were super responsive and helpful. Would definitely return again.

Perfect little casita

The property was clean and well taken care of. Perfect for one person. The host was very communicative and responsive. The unit is in a new community that is still being developed. The roads are not paved at this point. That was the only slightly negative feature and did not present any problems for me.
