Come and enjoy the amazing views from our new 3 bedroom apartment. From the apartment, it is a flat, 10-15 minute walk to old town where you can enjoy the sunset at one of the many remarkable restaurants. There is even a beautiful restaurant right across the street and a small, newer, Migros grocery store around the corner for your convenience. Cool off in the communal pool, at Kalkan's lovely public beach, or at one of the many lovely beach clubs in town. The world famous Kaputas and Patara beaches are only a short drive away. Kalkan is fun for people of all ages and our apartment is perfect for families.

Amazing Vacation/Muhteşem Tatil

We had a very wonderful vacation as a family. Kalkan had a natural beauty that really has to be seen.The location of the house is very central. Having a market right next to it made our work very easy. Butcher, grocery store, market, park, beach, we could easily walk to all of them. It is also very suitable for families with children.It had a very lovely pool.We had a very fun time in the pool.The beach and the sea were very nice. It can be reached on foot.There are also beautiful beaches in close distances that you can go by car.The plan of the house was very nice and very useful. The layout of the private bathrooms of our rooms was very nice. The house had all the items we needed.The manager were very caring and helpful.The directions of the manager were very helpful to find the place.It is really a nice place to go and stay. Ailecek çok güzel bir tatil geçirdik. Kalkan gerçekten gidip görülmesi gereken bir doğal güzelliğe sahip.Evin konumu çok merkezi. Hemen yanında market olması işimizi çok kolaylaştırdı.Kasap, manav, market, park, plaj hepsine kolaylıkla yürüyerek gidebildik.Çocuklu aileler için de oldukça uygun.Çok güzel bir havuzu vardı. Havuzda çok eğlenceli vakit geçirdik.Plaj ve deniz çok güzeldi. Yürüyerek gidilebiliyor.Ayrıca yakın mesafelerde araba ile gidebileceğiniz güzel plajlar mevcut. Evin planı çok güzeldi ve çok kullanışlıydı.Evde ihtiyacımız olan tüm eşyalar vardı. Ev sahiplerinin yönlendirmeleri çok yardımcıydı.Gerçekten gidip kalınacak güzel bir yer.

Smart, modern apartment in great location

We had a wonderful stay in Kalkan and the apartment was perfect for us. It was very clean, well equipped and maintained with good air con and wifi. It has beautiful views across Kalkan and Kalkan Bay on two sides with plenty of space on the wraparound verandah to dine outside or relax. It’s a 10 minute walk into the town and all pretty level so we never felt the need to use the taxis to avoid any lungbusting uphill walks. There is a lovely, large shared pool behind the block which was very quiet during our stay. There are 2 shops (macrocenter and Migros) just around the corner and a number of cafes/bars/restaurants close by also. What’s not to love!

Un séjour parfait dans un maison confortable et spacieuse dans une région magnifique

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Kalkan dans l’appartement de Jonathan Spacieux, confortable, vivant et avec une vue exceptionnelle sur Kalkan et sa belle région Tant de choses à visiter et un point central pour rayonner dans la région et profiter des belles plages ! La grande piscine ajoute en plus à la douceur de vivre Un très grand merci à Jonathan toujours prévenant et soucieux de la qualité de notre séjour et qui nous a orienté et donné de précieux conseils A bientôt j’espère que nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Your own terrace overlooking Kalkan

Just back from Kalkan after staying at this "penthouse" overlooking Kalkan. The upstairs living area was second to none, slide open the three sliding doors and bring the outside in. We normally eat out every night in Kalkan but with our own private terrace and a supermarket literally round the corner we dined in more than out. The owners couldn't have more helpful and communative. The apartment was also spotless.
