This place did not disappoint. The host was very friendly and accommodating and the house was very relaxing to stay in. There is a lot more light in the main bedroom than the picture shows, and chairs to sit in on a patio off of that bedroom. It is tucked away and feels safe and is fairly quiet, but it’s just a straight shot to the beach, maybe a 4 min leisurely stroll away. We both found the bed to be comfortable also, and I like a more firm mattress and my husband likes a softer mattress so I guess it was just right. As for restaurants, there are a couple of places to eat close by or it’s just a short drive to other options, there are plenty around to choose from. The Gandoca-Manzanillo refuge is within a short walking distance also. If you want to stay in Manzanillo, I would definitely recommend this place!
