The house is ‘cuter’ than the photos suggest. It’s cozy, kitchen is well equipped, location great, AC works well (outside temps were 96 when we were there), quiet neighborhood. A good value. I’d come back!
My husband and I stayed for two nights to explore the area -- cute little cottage! Ideally located near UNC, restaurants, and shops and in a quiet neighborhood. Brad communicated with us frequently to ensure all our needs were met. House was clean upon arrival and would stay again if we're ever in that area.
Property is exactly as described. We loved our stay in this tastefully remodeled bungalow. Very close to everything you need and in a very peaceful location. We will be back since we visit Chapel Hill frequently.
The house was perfect for our visit with our Carolina student! Brad was responsive and kind in every interaction. We had no issues and were very comfortable! Thank you!
Convenient location to UNC 6 min drive.
Very nice yard and neighboring properties.
Very nice renovated and comfortable interior .
Enjoyed staying there.
Wonderful location, wonderful house with a few little quirks. Sadly, the washing machine was acting up and not working correctly but the host indicated that he would be sure it's fixed.
My family stayed in the cottage for about a week and on numerous occasions said they could imagine living there. The house was perfectly situated in town near all the amenities we needed. It was clean and had everything to make our stay comfortable and cozy. Highly recommend this rental for anyone coming to the Chapel Hill area!
Enjoyed this small cottage for a week’s stay. Felt like a deer could be walking in the woods surrounding the property.
Appreciated the washer and dryer as we are on a long trip.
Super cute cottage conveniently located in Chapel Hill. It even had a welcome committee of a mother deer with two babies greet us when we arrived. :D Property owner is very helpful and responsive, and it was perfect for our needs.
