In just 130 meters you can reach the beautiful beach, where you can spend the day lazing and enjoying the optimal climate. Directly opposite the apartment runs the seafront promenade with stores, ice cream parlors and restaurants. Taste fresh fish dishes at the harbor and buy regional products at the market on Saturdays.
In Santa Pola, you have the opportunity to explore a variety of historical and cultural monuments, including the old castle and the Museo del Mar marine museum. You can also visit Isla de Tabarca after a 20-minute boat ride, by cab boats. The magnificent beaches offer ideal conditions for water sports and in the beautiful salt flats of the region you can admire the dreamlike image of flocks of flamingos.

Poor maintenance

Good position, apartment had electrical problems,could not contact local key holder, Head office in Denmark did not help ether,NO power in kitchen for all11 days, no lights in kitchen,bathroom, one bedroom,very disappointed from four 86 years !

Nie wieder!

Leider war die Wohnung total ungepflegt. Das Bad und die Küche sind eine Katastrophe! Es gab in der ganzen Wohung einen absolut intensiven Gulli-Gestank. Wir mussten sehr oft deswegen rausgehen. Der Ausblick ist top, der Rest aber nicht zu empfehlen!

Kostade extra när man landade på natten. Luktade avlopp i lägenheten. Saknades diskmedel, toalettpapper, förbrukningsvaror. Fint läge.

BRILLIANT LOCATION WITHIN THE RESORT OF SANTA POLA. Views day and night of the marina

The property is in need of updating throughout . Seating for 6 inside without reconfiguration would not be easy. With updating and some minor alterations and safety aspects this property could be a luxury accommodation instead of a no frills apartment .

Für eine Woche optimal...

Übergabe des Schlüssels hat super geklappt,sehr pünktlich auch bei Abnahme der Wohnung..nettes Mädchen!! Wer sehr viel Ansprüche hat..sollte sich etwas anderes suchen..kein Welan..die Wohnung müsste dringend renoviert werden!! Doch der schöne Ausblick macht alles wieder perfekt!!
