Great corner vacation row house just a step away from the beach "Playa Lisa" of Santa Pola, with a very sunny south exposure. Enjoy the wonderful climate on the spacious terrace in front of the house or on the balcony of the upper floor. The urbanization where the house is located has a pool open all year round as well as a tennis court and parking facilities.
The beautiful fishing village of Santa Pola is ideal for a visit at any time of the year. In addition to its wide beaches, Santa Pola offers visitors a marina with a beautiful boulevard with cafes and restaurants offering all kinds of national and international dishes. The boulevard runs to the fishing port, which is known for its excellent fresh fish from the bay. You can buy this directly in the harbor Monday through Saturday afternoons. Also in the center are the castle and Plaza de la Glorieta, which offer a very good atmosphere all year round. During your stay in Santa Pola you must visit the natural parks, its salt flats where you can see flamingos and the lighthouse with its spectacular view.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Outdoor pool on site shared with other guests is open all year.

Friends and family holiday

We booked this property from Lola to spend a few days in Santa Pola closed to friends and family. The property is very nice with a access to a communal swimming and ont 5 min walk from the beach. The area is full of shops with local products as well as many local restaurants. The check in and check out process with Lola was very smooth and easy and we would definitely come back.
