Luxurious desert home with pool and game rooms!

Welcome to “The Desert Jewel” in the Historic Litchfield Park area! You will fall in love with this spacious home, with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing and memorable getaway! We do have a 30 day minimum, send me an inquiry with your dates and lets talk about a monthly discount.
The Space
In addition to the four beautifully appointed bedrooms, the house consists of a fully stocked game room, an oversized den with a ping-pong table, dry bar and TV and a large living room for entertaining with a theater sized TV for movie night!

The spacious master guest room features a king sized bed with a beautiful ensuite master bathroom which includes an oversized soaking tub, shower, dual sinks and a walk-in closet that is large enough to double as a nursery. The master bedroom also has a private doorway onto the patio and pool.

The 2nd and 3rd guest rooms have king size beds with a bathroom just across the hallway. The 4th guest room has two twin beds.

Home Activities
We wanted our home to give our guests everything they could wish for in entertainment. We have included a game table that easily seats 6 and offers much more than just cards and poker, also have fun with a game of ping pong! There is a separate game room focused on our younger guests with a FoosBall Table, board games, and a brand new commercial tabletop arcade console with 60 plus classic arcade games like Pac Man, Donkey Kong, Asteroid and Centipede just to name a few.

Of course one would expect a nice outdoor space for entertaining in a home like this but we feel ours takes that expectation to a whole new level. When you step out onto the beautiful travertine patio and pool deck, your senses will come alive with the relaxing sound of splashing water emanating from the dual waterfalls spilling into the luxurious saltwater pool. Relax on one of the comfy lounge chairs in the sun. For those that enjoy some friendly competition, enter into an exciting game of cornhole! Finally, as the day winds down and the outdoor twinkle lights come on, relax around the fire table after a pleasant outdoor meal prepared on the commercial grade BBQ.

Guest Access
Guests are invited to enjoy the entire home without restriction.

Extra Amenities
We know how hard it can be to get a good night’s sleep when away from home and have gone to great lengths to ensure the best night's sleep possible by investing in extremely comfortable mattresses and top of the line sheets. We also provide spa quality soaps, shampoos, lotions and towels in all of our bathrooms.

In addition, we want to be very conscientious of our guests with sensitivities to some detergents and have provided a few detergent options for your use while staying with us. Please let us know in advance and we are happy to prepare our home for your stay using ALL FREE AND CLEAR detergent on your sheets and towels.


OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Our home is in a quiet neighborhood with a peaceful atmosphere. While we encourage a good time, this is not a good choice for a "party house" Thank you!
