The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Strip bed linens and put all towels and bed linens on the floor in the laundry room.
Take out all garbage. If here on a Sunday please put the outside garbage can by the light post in the front yard with the brick planner around it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No flushing wipes or feminine products down the toilets. Toilet paper only.
Message the host upon checkout and state you are checking out. Unauthorized late checkouts will be charged $25 for every 15 minutes late checking out.
No smoking of any kind or vaping IN or anywhere ON property including outside. Doing so will immediately cancel your reservation with no refund.

What do I love about this home? It has gorgeous views of the Smokey Mountains and is located about 30 minutes from Knoxville and 30 minutes from Pidgeon Forge, Dollywood, and the parkway. Cades cove, the Smokey Mountains, Tuckaleechee caverns are close by too!. Downtown Maryville is about 7 minutes away and the Knoxville Airport is about 13 to 16 minute drive depending on traffic. So close and convenient! the house is a little in the county but with all the conveniences you'll need close by.
