Villa Kornbitz (94 qm) is situated in the upper Westerwald, surrounded by many sight seeing destinations and beautiful hiking trails.
The Stöffelrundweg (26,4 km) directly passes by the house, the Westerwaldsteig (stage 5) is less than 2 km away, the romantic Holzbachschlucht only 12 km. The Kölbingen geocash trail (9 km) and the 7-Weiher-Weg (32 km) are close by too.
The Kroppacher Schweiz, the Marienwanderweg from abbey Marienstatt to cloister Marienthal (20km), the Lahnhöhenweg and the Saynsteig can be reached easily as well.
Villa Kornbitz is well appointed with two cosy sleeping rooms, a spacious and very well equipped kitchen, a large light-flooded living area with a tile stove as well as a daylight bathroom with shower&tub combination (all on the same level).
The house is powered by solar collectors partially. The 2 parking lots are directly located next to the house.
Shopping opportunities and a gas station are available within 1 km.
When it gets cold the wood to heat the tile oven is made available. Mild days will invite you to relax outside on your wooden deck or in the large garden, enjoying the fresh air of the Westerwald.
And - if you like to - you may watch the shooting stars and bats at night.

Excellent home away from home in the Westerwald area

We stayed in Kornbitz 2 for two and a half weeks in July 2023. Everything about the house is right, it is well equipped for self catering, nothing is missing & everything is clean, high quality and well designed. The pictures in the posting truthfully represent the house and the backyard. The hosts are responsive, knowledgeable and all around nice people that really care about their guests. The location is quiet and makes a great base for hiking the hilly Westerwald and making day trips to Koblenz, Frankfurt, Mosel & Rhine Valleys, Cologne & Bonn. There are many grocery stores and bakeries around. The excellent Birkenhof distillery is nearby too.

perfect, everything you could want

Spent a week here in march. The house was spotlessly clean and was so comfortable and cosy that we didn't want to go out. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and dining. The heating system worked very well and we also had the option of using a tile stove, which gave out a lovely heat (plenty of wood was provided). Very comfortable living room with great sofas for lounging around on. There was also a proper work desk and chair and good WiFi/Internet connection. We slept soundly given the combination of peace & quiet and a great bed. I'd recommend it to my friends & family.

Schmuckstück mit wunderschönem Garten

We werden heel vriendelijk onthaald door Carolin. Ook de communicatie voor de reis was al heel hartelijk. In het huis/de villa was alles heel mooi, en heel net en proper. Heel grote tuin met 2 terrassen en een zitserre. Heel rustige omgeving, waar je direct in het groen zit om te wandelen of te fietsen.

Wunderschönes und geschmackvolles Ferienhäuslein

Wir sind restlos zufrieden. Seit Jahren besuchen wir den Westerwald und haben somit viel Erfahrung mit Ferienwohnungen und Ferienhäusern. Dieses hier war unser bisher schönstes. Sehr sehr sauberes, liebevoll eingerichtetes und mit knapp 100 m2 ein großzugiges Ferienhaus. In einer Top Lage am Ende einer Straße, mit privater Zufahrt, hat man seine absolute Ruhe. Beim Garten können wir behaupten, dass kaum jemand so etwas schon einmal gesehen hat. Ebenso wunderschön - aber mehr verraten wir hier nicht. Auch die Gegend lässt vermuten, dass hier alle Anwohner gerne ihre wohlverdiente Ruhe genießen möchten. Hier wohnen Leute mit Niveau und Geschmack. Kurzum: Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und können allen ruheliebenden Gästen dieses Haus nur empfehlen. Hier braucht man nun fast nicht mehr zusätzlich erwähnen, dass die Vermieter ultranette Menschen sind, die wir auf anhieb sehr sehr sympatisch fanden. Herzlich und in positivem Sinne bescheiden. Wir mögen Menschen sehr, die ihren Pelz nach innen tragen. Letztendlich sieht man bei genauem hinsehen ja trotzdem, dass es ein Pelzmantel ist..:))) Aber das ist ok.....

Leider konnten wir dieses wunderschöne Kleinod nicht so nutzen wie es ihm eigentlich gebührt. Sehr große, helle, saubere und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer. Bei der Einrichtung wurde an jede Altersklasse gedacht und liebevoll ausgestattet. Es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Sehr nette, hilfsbereite und zuvorkommende Vermieter. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Schönes und ruhiges Ferienhaus mit übertroffenen Erwartungen

Wir wurden von sehr liebevollen und herzlichen Gastgebern herzlich in Empfang genommen und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Ferienhaus war wunderschön dekoriert und es war auch in der Küche viel mehr da, als man erwarten konnte. Es gab auch Dinge, die wir noch in keinem Ferienhaus hatten. Ein Beispiel: Absolut scharfe Küchenmesser. Auch ohne Sägezähne konnte man feine Tomatenscheiben schneiden. Der Garten ist sehenswert.

Fantastische vakantiewoning in regio Westerwald

Deze vakantiewoning is ideaal voor wie vanuit een rustige omgeving Westerwald wil verkennen. De woning is van alle comfort voorzien zowel binnen als buiten op he terras. De foto's op we website komen overeen met de werkelijkheid. Gastvrouw Carolin en gastheer Uli zijn supervriendelijke mensen die het heel belangrijk vinden dat hun gasten een aangenaam verblijf hebben. Ze zijn heel toegankelijk voor alle vragen en zijn tegelijkertijd ook zeer discreet en respectvol met betrekking tot de privacy van hun gasten. Erholung pur im Westerwald- wir kommen gerne wieder

Bei der Villa Kornbitz handelt es sich um ein wunderschönes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in Langenhahn im Westerwald, welches in ruhiger Lage am Rand des Ortes liegt. Die sehr sympathischen Vermieter bewohnen das Haus daneben und halfen uns jederzeit gerne bei Fragen weiter. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und bekamen eine schöne Einführung in "unser" Heim und in den wunderschönen liebevoll von ihnen gepflegten großen Garten. Die Villa war einfach perfekt für uns als Erholungsurlaub geeignet und wir haben uns während des ganzen Urlaubs so wohl gefühlt und so gut erholen können, dass es nicht schöner hätte sein können. Das Haus sieht schon von außen wunderschön ansprechend aus. Wenn man ins Haus kommt fällt einem auf, dass es einem an nichts fehlt. Schmutzmatten für die Schuhe, Schirme, Kuscheldecken neben den Sofas, sehr hübsche, dekorative Kerzen über die Wohnung verteilt, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, egal in welches Zimmer man schaut. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit wunderschönen Kissen, Decken und einer sehr stilvollen Lampe bestückt und hat ein sehr elegantes und äußerst bequemes Bett, auf dem wir himmlisch geschlafen haben. Überall an den Wänden hübsche Bilder oder Deko über die Wohnung verteilt, die einen zum Wohlfühlen einladen. Die Küche lässt auch keine Wünsche offen, da alle Geräte, die man sich nur vorstellen kann, vorhanden sind. Im Wohnzimmer standen sogar frische Blumen auf dem Tisch, in der Küche Schokolade und frische Äpfel aus dem Garten- und die schmecken sooo gut. Also besser geht es nicht. Da wir im kühleren Herbst dort waren, haben wir die hübsche Terrasse mit den Liegen nur kurz ausgenutzt. Aber das Einheizen des Kachelofens war natürlich ein Highlight. Wir haben es genossen, es uns bei windigem Wetter und Kuscheldecken mit warmem Kachelofen im Wohnzimmer gemütlich zu machen. Übrigens bietet die Gegend wunderschöne Wandermöglichkeiten auch gleich in der Nähe an, so dass wir jeden Tag mehr von der Gegend entdeckt haben. Für Naturliebhaber ist diese Unterkunft einfach perfekt, da man in der Nähe oft Rehe trifft, Eichhörnchen und viele Vögel im Garten beobachten kann. Wir waren dort so glücklich und kommen gerne wieder.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienvilla

Die Ferienvilla liegt zusammen mit dem Haus der sehr sympathischen Vermietern auf einem riesigen liebevoll angelegten Gartenparadies inklusive Glaspavillon und Goldfischteich. Die Einrichtung der Ferienvilla ist vollständig, hochwertig und geschmackvoll. Alles war sehr sauber und wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt und gut erholt.

Einfach nur traumhaft.

Wir haben unseren ersten Urlaub als junge Familie im schönen Westerwald verbracht. Frau Pfeil und ihr Mann stehen einem mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Das Ferienhaus ist super ausgestattet, es fehlt nichts. Das Bett war wie im Luxushotel hergerichtet. Im Wohnzimmer und in der Küche stehen frische Blumen auf dem Tisch. Man fühlt sich einfach nur wohl. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!
