This island property is under new ownership. If you're a past guest, we'd love to have you back to see the changes that have already been made including new beds/bed frames, new comforters, completed the renovation of the 4th BR adding new bunkbeds/paint/finished closet/new window blinds, new paint in the 2nd floor BR, added shelves & rods to all closets, installed new window/slider rods/drapes, replaced LR furniture with new sofas/accent chairs/tables/lamps, replaced BR furniture, a revamped kitchen with the necessities in place, a game table on the 2nd floor bridge for playing cards, board games and puzzles, and installed new window A/C units in four BR's. We still have a bit more to do like completing the finish work in the den (12' x 20') as seen in our posted pictures, but this space is still usable as-is for now.
