The house is located about 150m from the old town in an idyllic - flood-free - location.
It is newly renovated and will be rented for the first time from March 2019.

The living room has a fold-out couch, so that there may also be 1-2 additional sleeping options.

Bathroom (shower, bath, wash basin, toilet, bidet).

Equipped kitchen: microwave, fridge with freezer, wine fridge, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine. Dishes, cutlery and glasses (water, wine, champagne glasses) for 6-8 people, also children's dishes.

Terrace with sauna, garden furniture, slide, sandpit, swivel grill.

Bed linen, blankets, pillows and towels are provided.


Tourist tax: € 1.50 per adult per night.

The minimum stay is 2 nights.

Children up to 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
We also provide a baby cot free of charge for babies and toddlers.

It is a non-smoking holiday home! Smoking is only allowed on the terrace.

Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided.
Pets are not allowed.
A free parking lot is available on the neighboring site (parking lot Dahm house number 61) (marked with Casa Elisa).
