I have been doing vacation rentals since 2009. I have properties in Hawaii, La Quinta, Tybee Island GA and Hilton Head SC.
I am just now putting this cottage back on a monthly rental listing as it has been continually rented for the past year.
I have one other monthly cottage at this property as well.
I love providing a great experience for my guests and am constantly thinking of ways to improve and provide the best!

Why they chose this property

This property has been my pride and joy as it's iconic to the 1920's beach bungalow that was first for the wealthy coming to the beach from inland places like Pasadena and then became home to whole families living in this tiny one bedroom during hard times and finally fell into complete disrepair and ready to demolish when I bought it in 2002. I then completely restored them and have brought a lot of joy to my renters and guests.

What makes this property unique

This location is in my opinion, the best in the city, or state or country maybe 🤪.
Walking distance to the beach and right off Montana Ave with all it's great shops and restaurants.
