We loved the location. It is spacious enough for 6-8 people if needed. We had 5 and it was perfect. There are some updates that need to happen to make this a better place to stay. Carpet/beds/cleanliness. But if you are just looking for a place to sleep (as long as you bring mattress pads and Clorox) this was great.

Clean, great location

This rental sits on the edge of a golf course, with a very short walk to the clubhouse which offers an amazing breakfast. The rental is very spacious and five of us slept comfortably, and we appreciated that I had two bathrooms. We liked that there was two different seating areas one upstairs and one downstairs. And there was enough parking.

Nice clean Place, First level subfloor is is sagging and rotten. Needs repair!

Great location and was clean. The place needs some repairs, First floor hallway to the bedrooms is sagging and ready to collapse. Nice place that needs repairs.

The unit is filthy, furniture is stained along with the carpet and bedding. There is a hole in the porch floor covers by a piece of plywood and the porch chairs have mold growing on them. The lower level is freezing while the upper level is hot and uncomfortable for sleeping. This unit or building needs a lot of preventive maintenance and a through cleaning. Spilled water on the floor and when wiping up it was black with dirt.

Old, outdated, and dirty

Do not stay here! Deck was not useable due to pollen, dead leaves and just being plain dirty. Floors feel like you may fall thru them. Not enough pillow cases; blankets with rips in the middle; dead bugs on mantle and kitchen window sill. 2 inches of water in bottom of fridge upon arrival. Unable to use fan in master because of all of the dust, which looks like it has been there for years. Master fridge takes 2-4 flushes. Good AC, wifi, and washer/dryer had no issues. My family will never let me hear the end of renting this place.

Flooring issues downstairs

The floor on the first floor appears to have some water damage under the vinyl covering. the floor is spongy and wavy. Several pillows didn't have a pillow cases. Other than this place was great, I look forward to the next opportunity to stay there, great view of the 18th green
