Steam Sauna Rules:
Maximum of 2 people
No food or drinks inside the sauna
Pregnant women, elderly individuals, or persons suffering from heart disease, diabetes, or high or low blood pressure should not use the sauna
Do not use the sauna under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Use by children under 16 years of age is prohibited
Long exposure to sauna temperatures may result in nausea, dizziness, or fainting
Observe a reasonable time limit; 10 minutes is recommended
Do not exceed 15 minutes
Commercial swim attire, workout shorts and shirts, or towels must be worn while using the sauna

Maximum capacity – 8 persons
Primary renter must be above the age of 25 years
Signed renter’s agreement required immediately after booking
Security deposit hold on credit card requested at booking
Details of all guests, pets, and vehicles required
Valid ID to be provided for verification as requested
Only 2 cars can be parked in the driveway
Free overflow parking for additional cars
Trash disposal only in the designated area next to overflow parking
Quiet hours are 11 PM to 7 AM
No parties or events
No smoking or illegal drug use
No more than one dog allowed with pet fee
Pets must be listed in booking
No fireworks
Review and follow hot tub rules
No spray tanning, henna, hair dyes, or glitter
No pets allowed on beds and couches
Charge of $25 per hour for early check-in or late check-out, allowed only when there are no other check-ins or check-outs on that day
No illegal internet downloads or commercial filming
For safety, security cameras are installed on the outside
Supplies provided are a starter pack; guests are responsible for additional supplies if required
Review community rules as HOA is strict with enforcing fines

Hot Tub Rules:
Maximum of 6 persons
No food or drink in the hot tub
No jumping or diving
No glassware around the hot tub
No infants under 1 year, pregnant women, or people under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medications allowed in the hot tub
Children ages 2–16 must be accompanied by an adult in the hot tub
Do not enter the hot tub if the temperature is above 104°F
Use only the pool towels, not the white bath towels, for hot tub use
No body lotions or tanning creams allowed; shower before entering the hot tub
Turn off the high jets after each use
Replace the hot tub cover after every use
Do not sit or lie down on the cover
Leave the hot tub in the same condition as it was found
Anyone with heart issues, seizures, high or low blood pressure, or any other serious medical condition should consult a doctor before using the hot tub
