Apartment breeze in the Baltic Sea domicile Sandburg

Our holiday home "Ostsee-Domizil Sandburg" is located on a large plot in the center of Kühlungsborn-West and directly on the city forest.

The Baltic Sea domicile Sandburg consists of the holiday home with reception, a small fitness room and our separate sauna house, so that our guests can spend an uncomfortable day on the Baltic Sea with lots of warmth. All guests can enjoy the Baltic Sea sun in our garden.

In our domicile there are 4 apartments in the beautiful old building, the two ground floor apartments each have a terrace, the apartments on the 1st floor and 2nd floor have a large balcony.

In summer 2018 we opened our new building with 5 apartments. Here you will also find our reception, which is open every day, and an elevator that our guests can use to comfortably reach all apartments in old and new buildings.

All apartments are of high quality, all bedrooms have a modern, internet-enabled TV, the rooms are equipped with real wood parquet. In the new building, all apartments have modern, walk-in overhead showers and underfloor heating. WiFi is a matter of course in all apartments.

Our apartment "Brise" for 2 people is on the 2nd Upper floor of the "Ostsee-Domizil Sandburg" and is easily accessible via our elevator. The high-quality apartment with parquet floors and pleasant underfloor heating is located in the new building opened in 2018.

The comfortably furnished living room is followed by a modern, fully equipped open kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave with baking function, induction hob, coffee machine, toaster and plenty of dishes, and you can enjoy the evening sun on the associated balcony. WLAN and internet-compatible flat-screen TVs are a matter of course in every room, the spacious bedroom with large closet and box spring bed and the beautiful bathroom with walk-in overhead shower and toilet complete the modern apartment "Brise".

As of 2019, you can park your car safely and securely on the underground car park space belonging to the apartment on the neighboring property.
