Advertised heated pool, but if a heater, it didn’t work. Please note, you have to through bedrooms to get to the outdoor living areas.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, Debbie. We're sorry the pool heating wasn't available during your stay. It's currently undergoing repairs, and we're happy to share that the work is nearly complete. We also understand your concern about having to pass through the bedrooms to access the outdoor areas and appreciate you pointing that out. We wish we could have made your stay more enjoyable and hope you'll consider giving us another chance in the future!

We had a great time in this property. Working with Lynn, the Property Manager, was very easy and a great experience. The house is in great shape and welcoming. The only aspect we did not like much is the access to the hot tub, grill area, as it is only through the bedrooms.

Great communication and the house was lovely. Unfortunately the pool didn’t have heat, the hot water wasn’t working for the whole house for a full night and we couldn’t get either outdoor fireplaces lit. We had workers at the property late into the night on Friday evening and again first thing Saturday to get all of the things fixed. Although they did communicate well and apologize, it was still an inconvenience to have to deal with workers etc one 1 of the 2 nights we were there and unable to fully use all of the amenities. We were still never able to use the pool heat and had to get a refund for that extra charge,
