Welcome to Charlevoix the Beautiful! This private home, with a large yard, is situated nicely between Lake Michigan, Lake Charlevoix and downtown in a family friendly neighborhood close to two playgrounds. Within a few blocks, you can enjoy beaches, the city boat launch, city marina, restaurants, groceries, shopping, and downtown. Enjoy the entire house, large yard and the sound of nature. Spend time with your coffee on the front porch or back patio and just relax. You are welcome to bring and park your camper or boat in the large driveway. You'll love the new remodel from top to bottom and hosts that are nearby to help with any unexpected needs.

Exceptionally Clean!

Very nice place - perfect for a place to stay while enjoying the area! House is small but exceptionally clean & fit 4 adults and two children nicely. Close proximity to all that Charlevoix has to offer!

We are Jeff and Shelly, but some call us Sheff and Jelly:) lol! We have been married for over thirty years. Jeff is a Charlevoix native who grew up in the neighborhood and I moved here when we got married. Jeff owns a painting business in town and I am a retired teacher and current realtor. We have three grown, amazing children. Two live in Grand Rapids and one lives in Traverse City. We have a lab named Sage who is old and happy. In our free time we enjoy the water, weather, sunsets, and friends. We live close by and are happy to help during your stays!

The property is located on the southeast side of Charlevoix close to Lake Charlevoix, downtown, boat launch, beach, shopping center, post office, hardware store, pharmacies and Castle Farms, which are all easily accessible without traveling on busy Bridge Street.
Locals Tip: if you do need to drive through Charlevoix during the busy summer months, head east on Garfield Avenue, turn left onto May Street and travel a few blocks to the stop sign at the bottom of the hill (Belvedere Avenue), turn left and you will be downtown at the bottom of the Bridge Street hill avoiding blocks of traffic.
