Wonderful property and area!

So many positive things about this property! The home is very clean and well stocked with everything you could need! The backyard and pool are very well kept and so relaxing! We spent most mornings outside admiring the peaceful sunrise and quiet channel! The pool was such a nice addition in the afternoons to cool off a bit! The couch was so comfy and allowed us both to put our feet up after a day of exploring! The beds were very comfortable as well!! There’s so many area attractions that there was no way we were able to see it all in 12 days. Our favorite restaurant was The Social in downtown New Port Ritchey. We went 3 times with different entertainment each time! We took a dolphin tour out to the island from Tarpon Springs and found tons of sand dollars!! Fishing is always a must for us! We did some bass fishing with Capt Lenny on Lake Tarpon and pulled in 16 big ones!! For our deep sea fishing we went with Reef Chief out of New Port Ritchey! If the gag grouper were in season, we definitely would have caught our limit! We would definitely stay at this property again! We enjoyed every minute!

Perfektes Ferienhaus!!!

Nachdem wir bereits eine Woche in Florida herumgereist waren, wollten wir gerne noch einige Tage in einem Ferienhaus verbringen. Dafür war das Haus perfekt. Es ist mit allem eingerichtet, was man braucht, die Lage ist super und wir konnten uns dort sehr gut entspannen. Die Kinder haben es sehr genossen, im Pool zu baden. Wir haben die Kajaks und die Subs genutzt. In der Umgebung gibt es viele schöne Strände, unsere Highlights waren eine Bootstour mit einem gecharterten Boot, bei der wir viele Delfine gesehen haben. Außerdem ein Manatee dass im Kanal direkt vor dem Ferienhaus geschwommen ist. Carrie hat sofort auf unsere Nachfragen geantwortet. Wir würden dieses Haus jederzeit wieder buchen und uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

SPECTACULAR!

Our stay was great. Carrie and Rick were extremely accommodating and helpful. Whenever we are in NPR again we will definitely stay here. Tremendous view out back with a nice sized pool, and dock. They had everything from kayaks, fishing poles, SUPs, and more. We couldn’t have heen in better hands, thanks so much gyys. Keep up the great work!!!

Slice of Heaven

This place was perfect! The pool was perfect and it was beautiful looking out over the water. The host was very responsive when we reached out with any questions. The area is in a great location and conveniently located near many popular items. Would definetly come back here.
