About this property

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Spend the day at home with the family swimming and playing in the back yard, or hop on the golf kart get some lunch at the end of the street and go fishing at the pier. The neighborhood is truly amazing. Located in Crystal Beach only 5 minutes from honey moon island and 20 minutes from clearwater beach, you will always have some fun plans to make with friends and family. The pool has an electric heater and warms up nice. Take the golf kart all through out crystal beach, we have a local breakfast spot and awesome pizza places golf kart accessible as well as a nice boutique for souvenirs. The neighborhood is very clean and safe there isn't a person you won't pass that won't waive! We have 2 fishing rods for you to use as well as a grill, pool toys and life jackets for children.

Clean and convenient

Enjoyed our stay, although the weather cancelled many of our plans. Property was clean and our dogs loved the fenced yard. It was nice being so close to the Pinellas Trail and the places we wanted to go were close by.

The stay was great, a small issue with the golf cart but the home owners did everything they could to accommodate us with a new golf cart.

Great jumping off point.

This is a great jumping off point for all of your adventures in and around Tampa/Clearwater. Super close to the Pinellas Trail if you have bikes or like to run/walk.
