Located in a quiet cove in LaFollette, TN—within view of Sugar Hollow Marina and near Shanghai Resort. Bring your fishing poles and your boat and tie up to our private dock. Enjoy swimming in peace in the cove and build a fire by the water at night. Soak in the peaceful, rustic charm of this nostalgic escape.

Upstairs features a spacious bedroom with 2 queen beds, perfect for couples or a small family. The open-concept downstairs includes a comfortable living area with an electric fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a second bathroom.

This is a peaceful, rural location, ideal for unplugging. Internet is basic, and cell service may vary depending on your provider.

**Seasonal Note**
Lake season runs from Memorial Day to Labor Day, when marinas operate on regular hours and water levels are ideal for boating. In spring, fall, and winter, the weather and lake is beautiful but the water is colder and often lower in our cove, which may make dock tie-up difficult.

The closest boat launch is Sugar Hollow Marina, and local boat rentals are available nearby.

-Only registered guests are allowed on the property

**Please respect our home away from home and treat it like it's your own. Violations of these house rules will result in a $700 fine and immediate removal from the property with no refund.

We are located within a NO wake zone - idle speed in the cove and through the marina only.
