Such a perfect property for a family getaway. So convenient to the marina and boat ramp, and perfect dock to keep our boat for a few days. We had such a great time and hope to return!
This location is absolutely perfect. The dock is awesome for swimming and docking the boat. It’s few minutes from the marina with food and treats, a water obstacle course for kids, perfection! The home itself is adorable. Perfect for a small family, a few friends, or romantic getaway! Had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again! The views from the deck are beautiful.
We enjoyed the cozy cottage feeling. Everything was as it was described. Wasn't our favorite spot on the lake but that is our own preference. It worked great for two people.
This was the most adorable lake cottage. So peaceful. Perfect for me, my hubby and our 15 year old. The two bathrooms with showers were very helpful. Right on the water with a dock so convenient for our boat. Also waking up with coffee and the view was pure bliss. Great location but just enough off the beaten path if you are looking for some R&R.
What a great place to chill and relax from the real world. Very quaint well decorated place. Easy walk down the steps to the dock. Perfect place to unwind and unplug.

Exactly as described. Great communication! Perfect for our weekend visit!
So cute and cozy! Felt so comfortable upon enter. Plenty of towels, well stock toiletries. Every morning my husband would sit at watch the sun come ip over the lake. We celebrated our 34 year anniversary! It was simply the best. Great communication with owner. Will be returning!
The house was great. We had some problems finding the driveway in the dark, but had super prompt response from Katie, who helped us find the driveway without incident.
Enjoyed the quiet landscape.
We had a relaxing stay! While the weekend got a little busy, we found that week days on the lake, and at the cabin were quiet and peaceful. We rented a boat from the Sugar Hollow Marina and were very pleased to discover how close by it was. The dock and the deck were wonderful places to hang out and enjoy the lake and the views. Thanks for sharing this special home.
A Hard Day's Night is even cuter than the pictures show. It is the perfect place for a getaway! The view from every room of the cabin is beautiful with the water in view! The dock is sturdy and lovely to sit on and enjoy fishing, sunning, or reading and listening to the birds. The house was very clean and extremely comfortable. I highly recommend this house and we will definitely stay here again if we are in the area in the future.
Great deck area by the house and boat dock area.
Enjoyed the firepit down by the water!
There are steps from the boat dock to house, but very typical of Norris Lake. They were well lit at night and in great condition. (steps & dock)
My wife and I stayed at A Hard Day’s Night for a few nights. It is a nice one bedroom, two full baths house/cottage right on the water. It was very clean with a lot of nice touches and plenty of outdoor deck and dock space. We had some rough weather one evening and the owner of the house checked up on us to make sure we were ok. We appreciated that. We would come back again for sure when we are back at Norris lake.
Great location. Remote yet close enough to town for groceries and/or restaurants. Stayed here during a business trip so I didn’t get to enjoy the lake but I will return! The deck and dock are awesome! Interior is clean and updated with everything you’d need and more. Great communication from owners. I’ll be back!

Why they chose this property
I decided to start hosting our lakefront property so that others could enjoy it as much as we do. It is a private getaway tucked away in a cove with its own private dock. It is quaint and cozy for a small family or couples retreat. You can tie up your boat to our dock and swim in the cove with hardly any boat traffic. We are near several marinas. It's the perfect lake getaway.
What makes this property unique
It is unique because there are not that many smaller cottages on the lake. So if you are a couple just wanting to get away this is the place for you!
