Nestled within the pines in Boulder Bay, The Lakehouse is an incredible lakefront property that truly encompasses everything there is to love about Big Bear. Enjoy a serene and peaceful getaway with glistening lake views that give you an up-close experience with the incredible landscape. The interior design of this home combines modern comforts with authentic cabin craftsmanship. An open concept design makes the home feel spacious and with 4 bedrooms to choose from, you’ll have plenty of space for everyone.

Step inside to be greeted by high vaulted ceilings and stunning wood beams. Large windows fill the home with natural lighting and provide incredible views of the lake. Sit back and relax on the plush leather sofa and armrest chair while you watch your favorite movie on the flatscreen t.v. The stone fireplace warms the room, providing the perfect spot to defrost after a long day on the slopes. A large kitchen equipped with gorgeous green cabinetry and stainless steel appliances gives you everything you need to cook some amazing meals. Plenty of meal prep space can be found on the wide granite countertops and kitchen island. Barstool seating for 4 can also be found and the countertops while additional seating for 8 can be found at the stunningly crafted round table.

Down the hall, you’ll find the game room which includes a pool table and foosball table. Mix up your favorite drinks at the full-size bar or watch the big game on the flatscreen t.v as you hang out on the sofa. A full-size bathroom can be found in this room and includes a glass door walk-in shower.

Access to the backyard and deck can be found through a pair of sliding glass doors. Head outside for some fresh air and enjoy the flawless Big Bear weather as you barbeque on the large gas grill. Enjoy your dinner with incredible views at one of the three picnic tables. Let your cares melt away as you soak in the hot tub under the stars or listen to the sounds of nature as you enjoy a cup of coffee under the shade of pine trees. A stand-alone deck and patio furniture provide additional seating to enjoy the surrounding scenery. Two lounge chairs and a porch swing sit on a private sand area, giving you a front-row seat to beautiful lake views. A private dock can also be found in the backyard and is a great spot for fishing.

When it’s time to settle down for the night, 4 bedrooms wait inside to provide you with a restful night’s sleep. The first two bedrooms include king-size beds and private access to the backyard deck. Down the hall, another bedroom provides a queen-size bed as well as an attached bathroom. Sliding glass doors give you amazing views of the surrounding landscape as well as access to the backyard. The last bedroom has a king-size bed and a twin over full bunk bed. If further sleeping accommodations are needed, the living room sofa makes out into a queen-size bed.

The Boulder Bay neighborhood provides quick and easy access to a variety of BIg Bear activities. The Village Shopping Center is only a 5-minute drive away and offers plenty of food and nightlife options. The Alpine Slides at Magic Mountain is a mile from the home and is the perfect spot for family-friendly fun during any season. Pine Knot Trail is a great hiking path if you’re looking for incredible views of Big Bear and wildlife. In the winter, Snow Summit Ski Resort is less than 10 minutes away, helping you beat the winter traffic.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
Important: Dear Traveler, you will be charged with USD 200 in case you include a Pet in your reservation as a Refundable Damage Deposit for Pets.
