White Sands Retreat - Pool/Hot Tub/Walk to Beach!

Three story home loaded with amenities including a heated pool, hot tub, ping pong, shuffleboard, beach gear, corn hole, gas grill and so much more! Centrally located on St. Augustine Beach just one block from the ocean & walking distance to many shops & restaurants! With 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, sleeping arrangements for 15 guests & almost 3300 sq ft, White Sands Retreat is an ideal destination for groups small & large looking for a perfect St. Augustine beach vacation.
PETS - Up to two dogs welcome (depending on breed) fee of $150-$250 applies

POOL HEAT - Pool can be heated to 86 degrees for a fee of $35/n for the duration of stay. Please inquire if interested in adding this amenity.

ELEVATOR - Available for elderly and handicap guests (fee of $35/n applies)

Must be at least 25 years old to rent. Primary renter must be present during entire stay.

Centrally located on St. Augustine Beach! Just one block from the ocean on the non driving portion of the beach so it's less crowded. Half a mile south of the Pier and within walking distance of all the best shops and restaurants. One block to Cone Heads Ice Cream, 3 blocks to Cafe 11.
Elevator use may be requested for elderly and handicapped guests (fee of $35/n applies).

There are smart TVs in all bedrooms and both living rooms with streaming services available (guests log in through personal accounts).

Great house — super comfortable with plenty of space for everyone. The rooms are spacious, and there are enough restrooms for everyone to get ready at the same time. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals for a group. The convenient beach access is a huge plus, and it's just a short walk to a fantastic ice cream shop — perfect for treating yourself after a long day at the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and spacious home. Very clean and functional layout. We really enjoyed the kitchen space and dining space for a large group. Offering heated pool as an add on was a great plus. Great communication and response time with the management group!

Great Beach House!

This house worked great for our Thanksgiving family gathering of 11 people spanning 3 generations. Easy access to the beach was key and when the weather turned we enjoyed the protected pool and hot tub area. The third story main floor has a spacious and inclusive open floor plan with great decks and peeks of ocean views.

Great House for large family

We loved this property. This was our second stay here and the house is great! Short walk to the beach, a nice pool, fun games downstairs, great sleeping arrangements, and large area for gathering in third floor.

Perfect for our annual family trip

The property exceeded all expectations. The location was a short walk from the beach and an easy drive to downtown. The best part was the view from the deck of the fireworks display at the beach on NYE!

Summer vacation

Beautiful home that was spotless, close to the beach and perfect for the family. Brought 9 adults down and wasn't disappointed. St. Augustine beach was close, not crowded and a pleasure to visit. All the rooms were well appointed with new appliances, kitchenware and very comfortable. Outside pool was clean, private and a nice break from the hot beach. Had a small issue with the refrigerator but owners were extremely accommodating and fixed issue immediately. Would definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous, huge home! Great location!

We had an absolutely amazing time at this home. Such a short walk to the beach. Within walking distance of many cool shops and restaurants! The home is beautiful! Modern, clean, spacious, and comfortable. Kitchen is fully stocked. Beds are so comfy. The elevator was so helpful for our family. The private pool is wonderful! We can’t say enough great things about this property, the location, the owners, ect. One of the best places we’ve ever stayed!

Perfect home for a crowd!

This home is spectacular! The entire upper floor is a perfect space to host a large group for meals. The dining table seats 12 and there are 6 barstools. There is a large sectional couch and the space is totally open concept. The bedrooms and bathrooms are ample in size and comfort. Each bedroom is an en suite with a bathroom. The closets have organizers inside and have hangers. No detail was ignored in this home. The outdoor space is lovely - the pool was a perfect spot for gathering and enjoying the Florida weather. Just across the street from the beach and an easy 5 minute walk. This home is perfection! And the house managers are very responsive and helpful.

Great Location

This property was perfect for us. We had 9 adults and 6 children and everyone was very comfortable. Having a bath for every bedroom and 2 dishwashers was the best! It is clean and well stocked with everything you need for the beach, the pool and the kitchen. So convenient to the beach. No problem for even the little ones to walk there and their favorite was the ice cream shop close by. Would definitely stay there again.
