Frenchy's Cottage 480 in Clearwater Beach

Our East Shore Cottage No. 480 is nestled in the heart of the tourist district offering modern accommodations designed for any kind of vacationer. This beautiful beach cottage is within walking distance to the beach, beach shops and restaurants.

This inviting getaway is perfect for a small family or couples looking to spend some time in the sun!

Experience this unique combination of beach charm, elevated service and sophisticated amenities and get ready to relax, unwind and create memories that will last a lifetime!

This newly renovated three-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat boasts a full kitchen stocked with all the essentials and stainless steel appliances, and table seating for 5 guests and an elevated bar area that hosts seating for another 3 guests. In the evenings, kick back, relax, and watch TV in the comfortable living area or on the outside patio complete with a BBQ grill.

The primary bedroom on the 1st floor features a King bed, the other 2 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor and each have a Queen bed. In the Living room is a Sleeper sofa. The primary bathroom has a shower and the second bathroom on the 2nd floor has a shower.

A complete laundry room is right off the patio area.

This property allows 1 pet - if approved there is a non-refundable pet fee of $150.00 + taxes.

Spend your day walking along the pristine white sandy beach which is just a block away from this beautiful beach cottage. There are many other activities just steps outside this street. Our vacation property is located in a central area within walking distance to the Pier, restaurants and much more.

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.

Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.

The house was clean and well stocked with essentials like bath towels, beach towels, toiletries, kitchen supplies (soap, detergents, etc). The host was very attentive and responded to all of our requests right away. The location to the beach, shops, restaurants, bars and convenience stores was unbeatable. The mini split air conditioners were amazing and kept the entire house cool and comfortable.

Wonderful time staying at Clearwater beach cottage.

The location was awesome. Very convenient walking into town and the beach. The cottage was clean. Backyard nicely landscapped. Beds were comfortable and all had TVs. The couch was not comfortable. Plan on going back next winter. The rental people were very friendly. Plan on going back next winter.

Amazing location!

Easy walk to the gorgeous beach, restaurants, and shopping. Plenty of room in the living room for the whole family to comfortably gather, the washer/dryer was awesome, and we were pleasantly surprised by the provided beach towels & gear! Beach Time Rentals was very helpful, quickly responded to all questions, and check-in was simple. Thanks for providing a great property for a memorable family vacation!

The cottage has everything you need, a fully stocked kitchen, towels, chairs, umbrellas for the beach, comfortable living quarters and a nice back patio to hang out. BTR folks were also very accommodating! We have stayed here multiple times and its all positive - only suggestion I can make would be to have a hose avail to rinse off from the beach.

There was no propane bottle for the gas grille and there was a random shoe and empty water bottle under the ottoman in the living room. Everything else was good, Kitchen was well stocked with appliance and silverware, etc. Also had an issue with the door lock but was repaired the next day. Great location.

Wonderful House!

The 480 Frenchy's Cottage in Clearwater was perfect. There was plenty of room, supplies, linens, towels and kitchen necessities. The washer and dryer work great, and the AC worked fine the entire time we were there. The house is close to everything ~ CVS, restaurants, food and other shopping and the beach is a couple minutes' walk. Mona @ BTR responded immediately to the couple of questions I had. I will definitely stay here again if I return. Few little things - bathroom sink in large room downstairs needs help, a couple of new chairs for the beach would be helpful and we never did figure out the Roku TV and why we couldn't use our own apps to watch on it. Normally it wouldn't matter much, but the World Series playoffs were on so sadly, we had to go out and find a bar that had the games we wanted to watch on. LOL ~

The place was beautifully set up and clean with plenty of available toiletries. 90% of appliances and furniture all nice and updated and lovely to use (Washer/Dryer was a little older but still functional and got the job done!). We loved cooking in their kitchen, they had everything we needed! Any small questions or concerns, the property manager was incredibly responsive and quick to fix. My only complaint was we rented a pack n play and it wasn’t at the cottage at the time of our arrival at 10 pm (and we were told it would arrive by then) so we had to wait an extra half hour for it to get there and get settled in. They dropped off extra items like an umbrella and beach chairs for reparations, which we did appreciate. Overall really had a wonderful time!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The area around this rental is nice and quiet and rental was clean and pretty well maintained. The grill is on natural gas so no need to worry about a propane tank. There is no Central HVAC, the only AC is multiple window units, 1 in each bedroom and 1 in the main living room. The AC does a decent job of cooling so long as the bedroom doors are kept closed but they are a bit noisy, especially when trying to watch TV. Pier 60, Mandalay Avenue, Beach access and adjacent areas/attractions are within easy walking distance. Our property manager was nice, knowledgeable and responsive. We did ask for a water hose on the first day for rinsing sand off of us before we entered the house which she said would be no problem but it was never delivered. The laundry pair are a bit dated and the dryer did not dry clothes very well. Had we received a hose like we were promised, if the washer and dryer were better, and if the property had central HVAC I would give this property 5 stars.
