This stunning home is located on Holy Island, just a few miles from the Ironton Ferry and close to Castle Farms. Nestled between Charlevoix and East Jordan, the island offers privacy, lush greenery, and year-round access—making it the perfect Northern Michigan retreat.

Great stay!

We had such a wonderful trip! This is such a beautiful lake house on a gorgeous lake. We were able to kayak around the lake and golf in the area. The house is so beautiful, comfortable and peaceful with gorgeous lake views. Love that it was dog friendly and well supplied. Would absolutely stay here again!

Nice Stay

Nice house, nice location. There is not a direct path to the water which I have knee issues and couldn't get down to the water so that was disappointing. No fault of the owners but there were a pair of swans that were very aggressive and the weather was not favorable but overall it was nice to be back in the area.

Good for large group

Overall great stay and beautiful view of the East Jordan River. However, there was no note that stated there was no AC. Really hot in the upstairs rooms. Doors in the downstairs rooms/bathrooms do not shut which was uncomfortable when changing/using the bathroom.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: house was fine, bit warm but that's a welcome rarity in northern Michigan. well-equipped house, we cooked 6 times at the house, five times at the grill next to the outdoor table. The best feature is the location. we were able to rent a tri-tune and dock it out front because back side of holy island is completely protected. I was able to sail my Hobbie cat onto the beach. other locations on the lake are frequently too rough for beaching or even docking without a lift.A previous reviewer suggested that getting to the beach could be better laid out, we agree, and suspect updates will come. but not a showstopper by any stretch.
