Upon arrival the rooms floor is utterly disgusting. My daughter’s feet turned black within minutes of walking barefoot on the floor. I went to cook dinner that evening and the pan had stuck / cooked /Dried food on it in the cabinet. The AC did not keep up and none of use slept at night. Got locked out the room and no one answered the phone to correct the issue. We will not be back. We have loved this place for years but we will spend our money elsewhere

We loved our stay usually. You cannot beat the corner unit especially the balcony with the extra space… you can definitely tell the space difference with the master bedroom and living area. We had a few hiccups with housekeeping. Our floors did felt dirty and sandy upon arrival… we are a family that takes off our shoes around in the house but we were horrified when our kid's feet were black from walking around just inside the unit. That and the light switches were dirty and had splatter marks… it is a more dated unit that hasn’t been updated so you’ll see the floor boards super dirty especially in the bathroom that might look like splatter marks too. We were disappointed that our master bathroom door didn’t lock unless you lifted the door up to align the sliding door lock. The kids bunk bed had someone else’s Cheerios in it… and honestly the bedding and curtains had stains on it we were afraid we might be to blame. Our main door wasn’t even locked when we arrived for checkin as well.

Love Gulfplace!

This is our second time in this building, different condo. It was lovely! Property matched pictures and descriptions exactly. We love how close it was to the beach, shopping, eating, 30A, etc. We had a perfect week and for sure will be back!

Great Corner Condo Unit....

Spacious condo with easy access to beach, restaurants and shopping. It was perfect for us and loved the location! The only suggestion I could make is it would have been nice to have blinds of some sort on the doors leading to the balcony. These doors were right across from the secondary bedroom and bath. Otherwise, we thought the condo lived up to the pictures provided. Thanks for a great stay!

Nice place!

The condo was very nice & clean. It was very cold when we were there. They do have a heated pool but it was very difficult to find. Even when I emailed the staff, they just said that it was in the community. I wasn't familiar with the "community" so it took us forever to find it. The only other negative thing is that the master bedroom door doesn't lock on the water closet so you have to hold it with your foot while doing your business. A little annoying. Other than that 5 stars!!! Great place to stay!

Family Vacation

Loved the area and our rental. There were a few issues that seemed to keep popping up. Leaking dishwasher, flat tire on one of the bikes, door lock malfunction. We were locked out several times. No one came to fix it so we eventually left the place unlocked so we would be able to get back in. They responded fairly quickly to other issues though but the lock was never resolved. Place was fairly clean…hair left in beds but everything else was nice.

Gulf Place

We enjoyed this unit in Gulf Place. Very clean, bright & nicely furnished. Nice location to on property pool, tennis courts & restaurants. Just a short walk to the beach. There are only a couple of things that could be improved. The bunk room located at the front of the unit has a window and light comes in- even with the blinds making it hard to go to sleep or to sleep in late. (There are bright lights that stay on all night in the exterior corridor.) The blinds in the front bedroom don't reach the bottom of the window & leave you feeling a bit exposed. Other than that- we enjoyed this condo & will rent again.

Very easy to get to the beach. This condo had a great location for access to beach places to eat. The wraparound porch was wonderful. The only thing is the Furniture in the living space i.e. the couch and chairs need to be replaced. They’re very worn and broken down not comfortable to sit in. Everything else was excellent.
